Man, I absolutely adore this store. Bagels are always fresh, orders correct, and spots to sit. The service provided by Ides, Sherry, and Larain is always above and beyond. They were there as my relationship became a marriage then pregnancy and postpartum of my son. Truly great staff and always know where to go for a pick me up if needed

Worst service I’ve had in along time. Did an online order. When I got there, I stood inline and showed the employee my online order she then told me to stand over there and mentioned it was busy so it might take longer. I said no problem and I understand. I then waited for around 30 minutes snd noticed around 10 customers who already got their order. I then inquired again and the lady said that they are waiting on eggs and other stuff. So I waited for another 15 minutes and the lady asked what my name was for the order. She said it wasn’t in their system. I showed her my order confirmation again and she looked it up on the register and she found it. No apology of any sort. I said this is poor customer service. She then started to complain about me to the next customer and then I said once again you guys have poor customer service. You could at least apologize. She and another employee sarcastically said sorry and that you don’t have to come back. I then just left and was appalled by service. Can’t believe Bruegger’s would hire workers like that.

Today I went to your store and got a three bagels for my family. Two asiago and one sesame all with cream cheese.
The Asiago ones barely had any cheese, they were all flat tasteless and I was very disappointed. Not sure who is doing the cooking or if you changed the recipe but the new Panera is starting to look good. Better determine what’s going on or you will loose your customers .

Sherry and the team at Bruegger’s Bagels were efficient welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly, everything moved smoothly, and they made it a great experience.

I stop in here several times a week and it’s always a great experience! The staff is super friendly, the bagels and bagel sandwiches are absolutely fantastic, and the iced coffee is hands-down the best around. Honestly, they should offer a bucket-size option because I’d buy it! Highly recommend this place — it’s my favorite morning and afternoon stop!
