I stopped by the store to pick up a half dozen bagels. Good news-bad news: the bagels were warm and fresh BUT the supply was low. (I am happy that people are buying their bagels).
One employee, Cody, was very efficient. He checked in the back for which bagels I preferred. He got everything ready quickly. I watched him work on several orders simultaneously. He probably has a good future in food service and/or customer. Thanks, Cody.

People check your Bagels before you leave that place!!!
I went in yestarday and ordered 3 western bagels. After they took my order, they got one after another walk in customers who just made order there like me and about 5 of them got served before me. I waited over 30 minutes and finally they’ve got me my Bagels. The girl apologized about the long wait. I left and when later opened the Bagels they all were totally BURNED. There was no way someone could eat any. All that trip and cost for just dump the Bagels into the trash. I am very disappointed. It use to be always great food and service but this time everything was just horrible!

The staff there is amazing! FANTASTIC food every time. The brisket is put of this world. Fantastic baker, amazing management (always doing the most to please customers…goes above and beyond). The atmosphere is so chill (I always love the music. NOTHING better than Mariah Carey and a delicious bagel). 5 stars across the board.

Came in at 7:15 on a Friday. Lobby had seven people sitting and standing, but there were no overhead lights on. The drink/cream cheese cooler was dark and empty. I asked one guy standing near the register, “Have you ordered”? He said, “Yes.”
I stood at the register for the next ten minutes (I set a timer because I knew how this was going to go), while one order was filled by the one employee on the floor. The woman had a bag of a dozen bagels, but was told that “We’re out of everything bagels. We have salt, sesame and poppy.”
This is 7:15 on a Friday. One employee. Seven customers – before me – and one employee. The lobby is dark. The coffee urns were empty and not percolating.
Worse still, there were online orders and DoorDashes or whatever pumping through the printer the whole time while I was not greeted, acknowledged or even peeked at.
This location is an abomination. I admire those poor souls for coming in and slogging through the grime in an unsupported trash bin of an establishment.
I will no longer support this business or this location and will advocate for all with ears to heed this warning because while today it was me, tomorrow it may be you. And those online orders that came in while I stood like a dolt, they literally took those digital dollars and burned them on the altar of un-brewed coffee, un-proofed bagels and absentee management entitlement.
(Anyone looking to contact, I save receipts beyond what I share here and I promise this is a bad look for you)

Visited here on a Saturday afternoon to try a bagel and we were not disappointed! The two guys working were super friendly, suggested some items on the menu for next time, and were very chatty. We ended up sharing an everything bagel with light cream cheese and got it toasted as well. They were nice enough to actually cut the bagel in half (already sliced) for us since we were just sharing one bagel (and did it without us asking for it). Their customer service skills were really great and both gentleman did a great job. Our bagel was warm, chewy, and very flavorful. The everything seasoning was perfect too. We really enjoyed our bagel and look forward to coming back here when we are in the area!

Tried to order bagels, stood at counter for a couple of minutes as three lady’s stood there talking, I had to ask if I order here or at register, due to they wouldn’t acknowledge me. Acting put out and annoyed the manager i think said at the register under her voice after seeing the limited selection just walked out. Attitude and no bagels, why come here

This place has great bagels. They have a nice Selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I haven’t noticed any dairy free or gluten free for those with sensitive diets, you may have to ask if they have those options. We’ve come here for years for bagels. The restrooms could use some attention, yet it is lunch time and it was busy. They are short staffed like everybody else in business, so if you complain, then grab an application and turn it in.

First time trying. Had the cold salmon bagel . Had cream cheese, red onion, capers and tomato. Way more salmon than expected. Never had that much on any sandwich anywhere else. Definitely going back.
