Top notch establishment. Staff was friendly, everything looked clean and was not out of place, I was not doing an inspection just first appearance. Staff looked like they enjoyed their coworkers and no complaints on my order. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I purchased breakfast sandwiches, six bagels, and a tub of light cream cheese. When I opened the cream cheese today, I found visible mold inside the container. Because the seal on the tub is transparent, staff should be checking these products for spoilage before they are sold. Please address this quality-control issue. I lost 5.99 on cream cheese that cannot be eaten.

Location is typically clean. Love the Bagels. There is a lot of room for efficiency here as far as how they process orders. Standing around waiting for the toaster over to finish while multiple orders pending consist of throwing bagels in a bag results in significantly higher wait times and a higher feeling of chaos for employees. I have waited up to 20 mins for 13 plain bagels to be tossed in a bag and handed over the counter. Early mornings are the better time to go- before 7am.
Biggest issue is with hygiene. They all wear gloves, but gloves are no longer useful when you’re wiping your nose and not changing gloves. Employees at this location should get into the habit of changing their gloves every order to ensure cleanliness. It can be pretty gross to watch and it’s hard to ignore. And no, using your shirt as a tissue doesn’t help keep your gloves clean.

I have been going to this Bruegger’s Bagels location for the last 18 years! Ever since I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, and it has changed several times and been renovated however, it’s still the best place to get Baker’s bagels locally along with a bucket of cream cheese! there was a reason why I stopped going to Bruegger’s because the quality of food that you get for the price you have to pay was not good. Got a bagel with cream cheese well that’s what I ordered… The bagel was like a mini bagel. It was so small and there was the thinnest layer of cream cheese that you couldn’t even taste it. If you’re gonna charge what you charge for a bagel with cream cheese, you need to give us a bagel with cream cheese. So disappointed

I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered two bagels, both on everything. One with veggie cream cheese, and one SEC. There was barely any cream cheese on the one bagel, it was basically plain. And the SEC was on the wrong type of bagel I didn’t order. People who ordered after me also got their orders before I got mine. The bagels themselves tasted rubbery and not fresh as well. Was not impressed sadly.

Went to Brueggers Bagels for the first time. The atmosphere is your typical bagel shop in a strip with other shops. The place was very clean. Bagel sandwiches are very good. Not like my NY bagels but good.
