Decent food. Some staff nice, some staff rude. Seemed like lots of people just sitting around doing nothing? The main issue is this is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in in my life. Everything is covered in grime and filth. The store needs to be closed for week to get a legitimate deep cleaning done.

I have always enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese at Bruegger’s and it is a nice quick stop for a quick light lunch or snack BUT I am very disappointed that management has decided to close the dining room. WHY? I very much prefer to sit down and enjoy my coffee and bagel rather than running off with a paper bag. I hope management reconsiders and opens the dining area again.

As a former employee of this store I’m giving this store location 0 stars but since i cant then they get 1 star. I Worked here for 7 months then moved two in a half hours away, and they terminated my employment because of it. Even though I drove that distance to work and back home with no problems everyday they still let me go anyways. I know in my heart that by them terminating me it wasn’t because of my work ethic at all. It was because i moved according to the management to far away. I was kind and courteous to all the guests that came in the store. Yes the store was really dirty, and should have been shut down to do a real good deep cleaning. Floors, walls, and ceilings could have been cleaned at that point in time.

We were welcomed and helped in a good time considering when we got there a line was wrapped around the store. Bagels great….they advertise as fresh meats being served, but if my eyes are still working properly, my bagel sandwich was microwaved. Giving 3 stars because it was decent in that respect. The cream cheese saved the sandwich which shouldn’t be as fact.

I really wanted to give this place another chance,but after today I won’t ever be back. My husband and I walked in,and no one even acknowledged we were there so we moved down the counter to place our order,where the young lady told us that we had to move back to where again, no one acknowledged us to place our order. So, we continue to wait with NO line, until I eventually get frustrated,and come out to the car. Granted there are 3 workers,and no line. I can handle busy… I can even handle that no one actually spoke to us,but literally every time I come to this place no one ever looks happy. It’s more like an unwelcoming scowl on everyone’s face. Please either pay your employees more so they can actually care about the job,or be more selective in your hiring because the ones you have working there now clearly don’t care about you, your business,or it’s customers.
