It would be nice if we got the right order and they did not throw everything in the bag and crush the sandwiches. We ordered a chicken classic and got the stake, if we wanted stake we would have said stake. Not o ly that but the stake soaked the other sandwich. When you are paying $40 for 2 sandwiches and French fries there is a little bit of a standard. You would expect to get the right food and not have it thrown in the bag. We only went to the airway one because the Cheney location was closing early

We came here because it was close to the airport and we’re so glad we did. The food was delicious and pretty fast for not being “fast food”; we ordered 7 burgers and a large fry and our wait was roughly 10 min. Also the water was really good, no weird aftertaste! All of our kids asked if we could come back next time we fly through Spokane, and we plan to!

Unfortunately this is probably the 3rd time the order has been wrong, out of 4 times in the span of 12 months. You try to chalk some of it up to maybe a bad day, but we won’t be returning to this location any more. $30+ for a 25% chance of correct order isnt worth it.

Need quality improvements.
Fries were soggy in oil, no fresh bread and the steak sandwich was very salty. Snow removal in the side walks was poorly done, huge snow berms right when you step to reach the sidewalk.

Fast and friendly service! I went through the drive thru, ordered and had my food within minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the outside of the location was well kept and clean, the location was easy to find and access, and the food was simply delicious.

Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place and go to Jersey Mikes instead. We stopped here because we had a good experience at the Kennewick location, but this one was TERRIBLE. The person at the counter couldn’t answer a basic question about the sandwiches and was just shrugged everything off. They took a very long time to make them. Then when we unwrapped them in the car, mine was only halfway in the bread, a total mess. I was seconds away from going in and having them redo it but decided I couldn’t spend one more second in that place.
