Was in the area today, getting an eye exam and noticed that they had a Jamaican restaurant in the strip mall stopped and got two Jamaican beef patties smiled, and too spicy lady behind the counter was very nice. Will definitely back. Went back in today, September 15 and spoke to Nadine, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. I decided to go with carrot juice, which was awesome and a slice of rum cake. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stop in for a meal.

After waiting 45mins for Akee and Saltfish meal, this what I got. With this being one the most expensive meal on the menu, I had to give this a review. No doubt their food is tasty. But when there’s nothing but akee in my meal and maybe about 4 pieces of saltfish, that’s a problem. I’d hope they can do better in this future because this is unacceptable for spending over $60 for 1 large, 2 small, and 8 fried dumplings

It feels like you’re in Jamaica with the authentic delicious food (get the Jerk Chicken, its scrumptious), the adorable cozy set up, and friendly personal. Highly recommend this yummy hidden golden gem.

Been here about 3 or 4 times now and always get the same thing, jerk chicken & fried dumpling or rice & peas. This is the best jerk I’ve ever had. I want to try other items but I’m hooked for now

I placed an order for ackee and saltfish and there was ABSOLUTELY NO saltfish in this. Huge disappointment. You’re better off going somewhere else or making it on your own. I took a video but it cannot be posted only photos.

A small place with a dedicated community. When we arrived we were the only customers but that quickly changed once Church let out and the regulars showed up. It’s clear these people eat here often as there were big smiles and warm hellos.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were happy to highlight their mostly vegetarian/pescatarian (see vegetarian explanation below) friendly foods. The patties were just as I had hoped and the fried dough dumplings were superb. We really enjoyed the side dishes (I don’t know the name of the yellow dish but it is made with Salt Fish so not fully vegetarian but good nonetheless).
My husband had the mildly spicy Jerk Chicken patty and really enjoyed it. I had the vegetable patty and it was delicious. We shared the sides and thoroughly enjoyed them.
This place is designed to mostly accommodate take out but they do have a couple of tables for dining in which is what we did. Definitely recommend this place to any local and travelers passing through.

We were traveling from PA and stopped here on our way into Florida. We had the oxtail, goat curry and steamed vegetables. It has got to be our favorite meal on our road trip!! So delicious.
The owner is very pleasant and sweet too! She gave us a piece of jerk chicken when we told her we’ve never tried it before; and didn’t want any $ for it!
Highly highly recommend. Will definitely come back when we are in the area to try the patties, roti and baked goods.

As a practicing chef, this was the most tasteless, horrible, oxtails, peas, and rice and cabbage I’ve ever had in my life. The cabbage has no seasoning. The rice is mushy & also tasteless the oxtails has no meat and no seasoning at all just fat even the gravy is tasteless. I tried to give it a chance, even though I read the views I would never ever ever come back to this place. How hard is it to find good Caribbean food in Palm Bay and I only received five pieces of oxtails

LOTS of food for the price and it’s QUALITY home cooked. I’ve ordered here numerous times and each order was great. These folks work hard, good family business. More of what this country needs. Stay away from that fast food. These folks literally pile the food into the to go plate so it barely closes. I’m stuffed on $14 versus other places where it’s like just a snack because either the food isn’t quality or they’re stingy.

I’ve been going here for years and one thing I could always count on is the food tasting the same every time as the first time I bought it yesterday I went in there and got some red pea soup and I don’t know what’s going on, but they change the recipe. It’s not the same. Don’t taste the same. Don’t look the same. If you guys read this, please go back to the the original recipe it was the best always the best and I liked it that way and I’m not the only one
