I am having a hard time figuring out how they serve such high quality food with generous portions at these prices. The value is insane! I got a salmon burger, Caesar salad, and jalapeno corn casserole for $13! Also, basketball goal in the parking lot, I dig it!

It’s hard to tell when this place is open but when it is they serve up some of the best food. Their salads and especially the poppy seed dressing is amazing. They season their meat perfectly and always taste great. Desserts are also always on point. Wish I could eat here more frequently but with the hours they have its a bit hard to get over there.

Very busy and fast paced ordering food. Has Gluten free options. Portion sizes are decent for a quick bite to eat. Expect at least 10-12 minutes for food. Lovely staff. Very efficient for flow of the store.

we had brown bag catered once, it was good BUT getting a fresh lunch was so much better. My food was hot and had plenty of flavor. The mashed potatoes are wonderful !!!
I decided to try the buffalo chicken tacos-im not huge on spice but these were great. Not too bland not too spicy, kind of right up my alley !
I will say while there is ample seating in and outdoors it gets PACKED quickly … which can be a turn off but the food is still worth it.

Fitting name for School Cafeteria style food. Bland and sloppy trays of food servings , with not much spice , presentation or excitement. We receive two orders of undercooked chicken (salmonela alert) , tacos underwhelming as expected with cold tortillas and no spice kick. I can’t blame staff; it looks like high schoolers running this place (kudos to them) lacking much of basic quality control.

We had a catered lunch for 15, very easy to order, had a few issues online and someone promptly got back with me to help, and the delivery boy could not have been nicer.
In addition to the holiday meal for 15, we ordered a pan of jalapeno corn casserole and a pan of mac n cheese ..the rolls were not good and cold, there was not enough meat for 15 people, the mashed potatoes were the best part and that was not enough for 15 people either..the meal for 15 is suitable for a group of 10. So glad I ordered 2 extra pans of sides or we wouldn’t have had enough for everyone. Salad was good! Very disappointed in the amount of mashed potatoes, roast chicken, and ham. Definitely was not enough for a group of 15

They serve a variety of proteins with some healthy sides. Good portions. The wait for food was pretty short. They have covered outdoor dining which we enjoyed. Parking can be a little tight when busy but it was good the last time I was there for lunch. The salmon burger was quite tasty.

This restaurant is absolutely the best, the absolute best.! I had placed a catering order for 37 people and realized the day ( and time) I thought the food would arrive I had given them the wrong date. I had 37 people celebrating a retirement party and I had no food. I called at 11:50 in a panic and talked to their catering manager (I’m so sorry I didn’t write his name down-I was in tears at this point) and told him what had happened. He told me to hang on and he thought he could get it delivered by 1:00pm, he called back a few minutes later and confirmed they could deliver by 1:00pm. Now that is customer service. The man retiring loves Brown Bag and wanted them for his party. The food was incredible and they delivered right on time. I wish there were more than 5 stars, they certainly earned it. Thank you so much Brown Bag, everyone loved the food.

One of the best places to eat in the hardin valley area. I had a steak sandwich which was perfectly made. Staff is friendly restaurants clean. There open very short hours for lunch only. Going back to tomorrow. Will be my go to place awesome fresh food at a amazing price. Not looking to rob you like most of the chain eataries….
