First time eating here. The breakfast burritos bland, flavorless, no taste. Not seasoned at all. Water boiled white potatoes, scrambled eggs, black beans with ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING or TASTE. Taste like eating cardboard or white copy paper. No onion, garlic powder, salt or pepper. No sauce, salsa, hot sauce. NOTHING!!!!!! Terrible coffee. Won’t purchase from them again. I wouldn’t recommend them. YUCK .
Treat yourself, eat the coffee CUP instead.

I order Brown Bag catering through my work for our events, and their service is incredible. Nick has been incredibly helpful with my orders and the delivery drivers are always in a cheerful mood! They always arrive on time and our agents absolutely love the sandwiches. I highly recommend Brown Bag catering services!

I’m not a coffee snob but their coffee was the worst. It’s old and sitting in a carafe like at a hotel. The yogurt bowl is beautiful but would taste better with vanilla yogurt; it’s currently unsweetened unflavored Greek yogurt and the toppings don’t carry it enough. The Farmers Market breakfast was decent. Bacon was good but the toast and potatoes tasted old. In all fairness, we did go about 10 a.m. No cash accepted.

Many times a restaurant attached to a hotel is a hit or miss option. This place has breakfast and lunch, and although we arrived later than breakfast typically would be, what we had was delicious and freshly prepared.
The meals aren’t necessarily packaged to cater to five star dining tastes, and my guess is because many people come in and grab their meals to go (it is after all in the title. Brown Bag.)
All of that considered, the place was clean, the food was delicious, and anyone staying at the Hyatt could do much worse than breakfast at this place.
In fact, if you are in the area, they offer quite a menu, compared to most places in the breakfast / lunch market.

It was my turn to buy lunch for a business owners’ group of which I am a member. I tried the Brown Bag in Bethesda, where I have eaten on site more than a dozen times. The buy was easy using the Brown Bag website, choosing a mixed box of sandwiches, chips, and utensils. The delivery was timely, and the members of the group complimented the food! There is no doubt I will buy from them again!

We went here for breakfast early on a Sunday morning. We stayed in the Hyatt for our son’s soccer tournament and needed a quick breakfast. We ordered the Cacao smoothie, yogurt bowl, and burrito. The breakfast burrito was fantastic! Everything was fresh and delicious. The employee who waited on us was friendly.
