Recommend reserving a lane ahead of time online! Such a fun place! Broughton Bowl & Brew is perfect for a casual night out—bowling, drinks, and a great atmosphere all in one spot. It’s energetic, social, and a great option if you’re looking for something different to do downtown. Also the nachos were delicious and fresh! Would absolutely recommend for groups or date nights.

We have been here 4x now and we are going to claim it as our new fave spot (for now) unless their service really goes downhill. We love their food and drinks, although the price to bowl is quite pricey, but the kicker is that you don’t even have to bowl. There are other games and we prefer to play pool too. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. So far the bartenders and staff have been attentive. I recommend going on Mondays, you’ll get to try their promotions. Try their lemon drop cocktail!!!!!

We had a blast! Played a few rounds on the pool table then a few rounds of bowling.
Bartender was great. Full bar and good selection of beer.
Will come back.

Dining with Dirk: Saturday edition. This is a super cool place for families during the day, and it has first date vibes for older generations or groups. Our party of six, consisting of four adults and two kids, ordered duckpin quesadillas, truffle fries, and pretzel bites, which we paired with a couple of beers and a whiskey sour. The food and beverages were above average for bar food and drinks. Bowling is charged by the hour. During our first of two hours, a shift change occurred, and there was noticeable pressure to close out and start over with the new person, which I did not like. However, it’s worth a visit. — at Broughton Street Bowl and Brew.

The duckpin bowling was a lot of fun! $40 a hour per lane (not per person). It actually becomes cheap considering you’d split it with friends and no rentals. You use your own shoes, no need for special shoes. Food was somewhat good, however a bit pricey. Mandalorian pinball game was fantastic. They have shuffleboard, billiards, corn hole. No darts. They also had a live band after 8pm. I would come here again.
The one thing I disliked was the $5 cover charge. I felt that was unnecessary.

We went bowling with two adults, two teens, and two older children. Everyone really enjoyed the whole evening.
We had reserved our lane/time online the day before and arrived 15 min ahead as suggested. We reserved a lane for 1.5 hours for $60. You are able to reserve for 1, 1.5, or 2 hours.
We parked in the parking garage just around the corner, so it was less than a 5 min. walk. When we went in, it was a little unclear where to check in, but we simply asked a server at the bar and they showed us the check in counter. We had to wait about 5 min. before our lane was ready, so we previewed the menu during that time so the kids all knew what they wanted to order.
Once moved to our lane, our waitress got drink orders immediately and we placed food orders when she returned from the bar.
In total, our group tried the loaded nachos, aple Bourbon wings, fried cheese curds & pickles, the beef sliders, warm pretzel bites, a Blondie brownie with ice cream, and a cold brew martini in addition to fountain drinks. Everything arrived quickly, (most items above were appetizers, and the kids demolished them, so we even did a second order) tasted fresh, and there were no complaints.
I rarely order a drink (maybe twice a year or so), and I enjoyed the martini. It was smooth and tasty. I would get it again. I am normally a white Russian girl, so this was my style.
Duckpin bowling took a little getting used to. You throw three balls per person per turn versus your typical 2 in regular bowling. You do better with a slower, softer roll than a hard fast throw of the ball. Also, the pins are spaced further apart, so there is not the same pin action of the hard hit pins knocking others over.
In the 1.5 we played, with 6 bowlers, we didn’t quite finish two games. We weren’t perfect, but we tried to keep the bowlers moving between turns, so with 6, we probably should have booked 2 hours.
The music and atmosphere were good, our waitress was attentive, so all in all it would be a great family outing or date night.

Little hole in the wall place that has duck pin bowling. You wouldn’t see if if you drove by it, but it’s a must go. You pay for an hour a lane for bowling and pay for the pin ball machines/ pool table to play. Every other game is free with them holding onto your ID. Their food is so good. They have duck quesidillas, waygu beef burgers and sliders and avocado fries. A must visit.

So much fun! Finally got to check this place out for first time to see a local Dead coverband. The show was great and afterwards we grabbed a lane and bowled for an hour or so. Between the music, duck pin bowling, bar and menu anybody would enjoy this place – even kids on a weekend afternoon. We’ll be back soon!

Food is good but a little pricey. Cocktails are a bit pricey too so you can get a reasonably priced beer. Atmosphere is fun. The place was packed for Saturday night music. I hear it’s slower than another times. Bartenders were busting their tails trying to serve the huge crowd that came out for the Bob Weir tribute. I’ll be back. It’s a good time.Arrived early and sat at the bar
