Brother Ramen did not disappoint! I had wanted to come here for about 2 years. Finally on my Birthday we went. The hot miso with beef was making. Full flavor in a bowl. Huge portions. Next time we will share. My 11 year old ate her entire bowl. Thanks for a nice place to get some amazing food. We will definitely go back. The servers were also great. They made sure to be attentive and very helpful with questions!

All the food was very good, but the ramen broth did not have the depth of flavor I’ve had at other ramen places elsewhere, it was still very good and worthy of four stars… just fell short of five stars on the food. The service, however, completely five stars as everybody was helpful, attentive, welcoming, and friendly.

10/10 love love love this place! My boyfriend and I come here every other weekend ! The prices are a bit high but you really do get what you pay for ! Also steamed buns and dumplings are so good.

This is a nice ramen restaurant. We like to have lunch here with our kids as they also like the food. The ramen is well done, the noodles are good as well as the toppings and the soup. The gydon plate is very good also, it’s bit strange that is served in a plate instead of bowl (which is the most common), but it is good. The seaweed salad is nice a well done. We’ve also tried the takoyaki, the steamed buns and karaage. They were all good. The karaage is bit different, but it has garlic and ginger flavors which are important in a karaage chicken. Overall we like a lot the place.

We ordered a couple appetizers (fried shumai and vegetable dumplings) and a couple ramen ( spicy miso ramen and vegetable ramen) . Overall is pretty good but I wish I had roast pork instead of boil pork since they put “chashu” on the description. Those pork slices were pretty blend and lack of flavor to be honest.

The vegetable ramen was indeed good. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet on Saturday at 1pm. The service was good. The prices are a bit more than I expected. Vegetable ramen $13.50, add egg $2.50, tax and tip for a total of $21.07. That’s pricey for a bowl of broth with noodles and a few veggies. Parties of 5 or more will have an 18% service charge added to their bill which is NOT the tip.
