Had a menu that came to me in a pamphlet at the post delivers with the inserts of many other companies. I ordered the pizza and mentioned the coupon the three dollars off of anything $17.99, an employee named Mike gave me a hard time and accuse me of lying about the menu and even asked me to send him a text message with pictures in it. Reluctantly he gave in and completed the order and I gave a $5 tip for the delivery driver to have them put it on the credit card also. Total should have been about $23.99 or whatever.
Disgruntled with the employee named Mike who gave me a lot of flack for 20 minutes arguing, I want to talk to the store owner named Hany.
When I got there he “appeared” to be understanding said that his employees shouldn’t have talked like that. I showed him the menu that I brought with me and he took it into his care and said for future reference this menu was not something we know about. Went home and the next day or two, noticed the credit card was charged $27.23.
In other words they never applied to coupon and I called the on her back and again for 20 minutes, tried to present the ethics of customer service to this guy and how $3 shouldn’t I’ve been honored and the pizza delivered if there’s something wrong with the communication or that I would agree or disagree with it, but they delivered it.
I had my credit card company flagged their companies fraud so no more charges can be placed. Told the credit card company there should be 23.99, not 27.23.
I’m perfectly happy to honor the charge of the $23.99 but not the overcharge price.

Nice little spot located in Dracut. The staff greet you with a hello and a warm smile. The environment is typical of a nice little pizza shop. They have all kinds of sales on all kinds of food. They had a wide variety of food on the menu that you could choose from. It was very impressive. We ordered pizza and fries. They had a good special called the “back to school deal.” Maybe you should check it out. The food was delicious. The pizza was on point and very satisfying.

I ordered a steak and cheese. It literally had less than dominos steak sub. Then I tried a chicken parm. It was literally chicken salad strips deep fried with sauce and cheese! Never again will I order from here!

3 times I have tried this place in the last 6 months and it’s been a disaster every time. Once, they charged my husband over $30.- for a one topping pizza… once I got a grilled chicken pizza instead of chicken broccoli Alfredo, and last week, I called and specifically asked how much the special was for Monday pizza, I was told $11.- even though the website say $10.- and I asked for bacon on half. When I got there they charged ne $17.- and change.
Then they explained the bacon is a special $5.- add on…
Which is probably why there’s no prices for their toppings on the website. I asked why they wouldn’t tell someone that on the phone and they just stared at me.
The staff there seems to be completely oblivious to any sort of customer service. It’s atrocious.
I called for a $10.- special with one topping on 1/2 the pizza and it was somehow over $17.-
Check out the picture and tell me if that’s $5.00 worth of bacon.
This place needs to train their staff to be more mindful.

They don’t wear gloves when handling food, can’t cook a simple sub as ordered, cooked my meat on grill too close to onions being cooked while using same spatula to flip my food causing onion taste onto my food . Won’t be back.
