Pork sisig was the BOMB! Also, the Lumpia was delicious. My husband is Filipino, and he said it tastes just like home . In writing this review, they are currently located at 2627 Broad Street.

This place is a gem I hope more people give a try. I ordered for takeout during my lunch break and so glad I did. I ordered the Pork Sisig, Chicken Adobo and Lumpia. My my my… the Lumpia was piping hot and crispy that came with a mildly sweet dipping sauce that complimented the savory filling in the Lumpia. The Pork Sisig was very flavorful. It almost had a bitterness to it but is smoothed out by the other seasonings/spices but paired with the rice brings the dish full circle. My absolute favorite though is the Chicken Adobo. There is something about the flavor of the chicken and rice that kept me interested. The chicken was cooked perfectly juicy and tender. I added the Mayo that comes with it and it adds a nice creamy texture but personally I think kewpie would hands down be the better option for this dish. The service was welcoming and the service was quick. I will absolutely be back… expeditiously

Trying there food truck at shady’s corner and they have on their sign you can get the Chicken Adobo for $12 dollars. You can get the pork belly for an additional substitute for $1 dollar more. I asked for that and they tried to charge me $27 dollars and would not just do the substitution they are advertising. Be careful when you order here.

Very small menu only couple of items but what they have is awesome! As far as atmosphere goes this is a food truck in a parking lot.

We have driven by multiple times and finally tried it today. Chicken Adobo and pork sisig were the perfect lunch on a chilly day. Food was made fresh in about 10 minutes. The pork melts in your mouth. The chicken is crispy and tangy. We will be back to try more of the menu!

LOVE the food here! Whether you’re familiar with Filipino food or not, you have to try this place because the food is absolutely delicious for anyone. Authentic Filipino food is hard to come by in Tennessee, so my family and I are really excited about finding this spot. We will be coming back for more! We got the pork sisig, chicken adobo, and garlic fried rice and it was all bomb. We intended to take pictures of the food to write a review but forgot and devoured it immediately!

Tastes like home-cooked Filipino food (in a good way). Owners are very nice. My wife is vegan and they offer a tofu substitution for all their entrees. Check them out if adobo has hijacked your brain and you need relief.

Just tried Bomb Pinoy for the first time today. I highly recommend trying this food truck. My wife is from the Philippines and she loved it. The flavors are traditional. Cannot wait to try some other menu items. We had the sisig, pork adobo, garlic fried rice and lumpia. All amazing.

So so good. Between this spot and Han Mï, we are spoiled on Broad/in St Elmo area. I lived in Cali for a bit before coming back to the south and have to say this is every bit as good as the best sisig I had out west.
Lumpia is FIRE too. Sauce that comes with it is so good.
12/10 dope spot. Bomb indeed!
