The service was poor. The employee mostly stood there in silence the entire time. The only thing he said was, “It’s ready,” while pointing at the card reader for payment. He didn’t greet me, didn’t ask if I needed anything else, and didn’t say thank you. The whole interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming.
Food:
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The bread was cold—like it had just come straight from the fridge—and the pulled pork itself was bland. Overall, it was far from a decent sandwich.
Hygiene:
While I was waiting, I saw a woman pay with cash. The employee handled the cash and gave her change, then immediately went back to preparing food without changing his gloves.
