We love Arbys food, but our experience at this particular restaurant was awful. The staff was kind and friendly, but the food was disgusting. Every single thing we ordered was dry, old, and over cooked. Our fries were old and burnt, the buns were dry and hard, the roast beef was discolored and crispy in spots and the chicken was so old my husband spit it out after one bite.

We always use doordash, every single time we get a French dip, they forget the au jus. Every single time. You’d think one of us would learn. They also usually forget one of the drinks and the foods luke warm. We try them out about every three months and they keep getting worse. Go back to paying these kids minimum wage.

Can’t really have high expectations for fast food, but for fast food standards it was mehh, but good. Biggest reason behind the score I gave was my buttcheeks about stripped off when I tried standing up from an extreamly sticky chair while wearing shorts. Place was pretty dirty, sticky and the atmosphere is dark, but the food did its job and the staff was friendly.

Terrible doordash order. EVERYTHING was old and cold. They sent the absolute minimum of sauces. Didn’t send Aujus for the french dip, or sauce for the poppers. The fries were curly fries but clearly the bottom of the barrel as they were all crunchy straight leftovers. Wasn’t worth it for my free day meal.

I ordered a nu.ber 1 meal half pound. The menu board says it should cost $9.99. They wanted to charge me $10.59 plus tax. They had no Dr. Pepper so I chose no drink.

Was told that they were waiting on mozzarella sticks, they were not fresh. I don’t know why I needed to pull to the front to get my food, since there was no one behind me in the Drive-Thru. Plus multiple employees sitting out front smoking and going in and out of the back door.
