I had to edit my review because they just added some items to the menu and I’m so glad our attender mentioned the chilaquiles verdes with carnitas!!! I love carnitas and I was so excitedto try these. Carnitas are not easy to make and especially good ones. They were completely amazing! I highly recommend them. We also tried the cinnamon roll which was pleasantly light, it wasn’t greasy and it wasn’t too sweet.

So good we went twice during our short trip! Brother’s Cafe is a wonderful spot to grab a hearty breakfast— portions are generous! The staff are friendly and accommodating to parties big and small, including those with children. The food is phenomenal, I highly recommend the chilaquiles verde with chorizo, but I was eyeing everyone else’s plates as well!

The food here is amazing! I had the best omelet I’ve ever had (California omelet with added mushrooms and tomatoes). There are so many good food choices and be sure to come with a good appetite as the portion sizes are ample! I definitely recommend Brother’s Cafe!

Excellent experience! The food was delicious. Prepared and delivered to our table very fast! Clean, friendly atmosphere. Loved the ‘family’ feeling. Owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back in our next trip to Paso Robles!

Absolutely delicious food, very friendly and personable staff, and beautiful restaurant. Whether you get to go or eat there, the food is so good. You HAVE to try the Bomb French Toast as well as the Chiliaquiles (with chorizo). These are my go to favorites and so flavorful. They are also very military friendly and are a great family restaurant.
