Skip the more crowded place down the street and try Brother in law out. The meats are fantastic and generous portion sizes. Our favorite is the jalapeño cheddar sausage and brisket. The beans have a great flavor and the Mac and cheese is creamy. We added a stop in Cloud Croft just to eat here again

Hands down, the BEST turkey I’ve ever had in my life. I’m still dreaming about it. Moist, flavorful, perfectly smoked!! Everything was amazing. Try their chocolate dessert, potatoes salad and brisket.

Stopped in on a Monday evening. No line, no wait. Perfect!
The brisket is on point. Absolutely delicious!
I had the “chopped”. It was chopped up in front of me as I watched. It does not get any fresher than this.
If you have a flexible schedule, drive up here during the week to experience BBQ HEAVEN in Cloud Country.
This is a destination diner. No matter how far you have to travel to get here, just get here.
I talked to the owner, ( he sliced the brisket) he has Texas roots but found his home here in Cloudcroft! What a great job.

The best brisket I have ever tasted! The portions were large and decently priced. The folks were very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend. We will definitely be stopping here whenever we are in town in the future.

This place was fabulous! My husband and I hiked 9 miles and then stopped in here for a late lunch/early dinner and it DID NOT disappoint!! The smoked turkey plate and brisket sandwich were amazing! The meat was so tender and the sauces had such a great flavor. The mac-n-cheese was super creamy and the smoked baked beans were off the chart! Service and staff were great! Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Steven is amazing. He remembers us every time we come in even if it’s been a few weeks. Always makes sure we get a military discount which is so appreciated. The food is outstanding!!! Best BBQ and brisket I’ve ever had without the wait you might get next door. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Brisket plate with tater salad and mac n cheese was very good! Highly recommend the food. Tables were clean with plenty of seating. Could use a few more drink options. Staff was somewhat friendly when ordering with a little bit of attitude. Overall a nice place though!
