We had a pleasant experience here. The staff was friendly, and my chilaquiles were really good and flavorful. I added chicken breast to them, and the chicken breast was cooked very well. Not to mention, the coffee was amazing! I don’t know what kind they use but it was some of the best I’ve had in a while. I would definitely come back.

Walking in you wouldn’t expect much from a little cafe, but it quickly changed. The cup of coffee is double the standard size your usual cafe gives,and it doesn’t taste like cheap coffee either! I ordered the pot roast, comes with mashed potatoes, ordered green beans and chicken noodle soup as the sides. My friend ordered the berry berry bo-berry pancakes, with eggs and bacon.
The pot roast is wonderfully tender and very flavorful! Green beans gotta be fresh as even though they’ve been cooked to tender, there is still that nice crunch from some fresh green beans. The mashed potatoes are not smooth and I personally love that!
The pancakes! Wow! Berries are piled high on top with a nice dollop of whipped cream. Was pleasantly surprised by the fresh berries also cooked in the fluffy pancakes!
This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back! Our waitress Morgan was very nice and attentive! Treat her well!

Kinda small and unassuming, this is a charming little cafe. Good, basic menu. Service was excellent. Pretty decent coffee. I have high standards when it comes to coffee. I ordered the big breakfast. Three eggs anyway with hash browns 2 bacon and 2 sausages. I asked that the eggs get cooked a certain way. I like egg whites well done with the yolk not overcooked. And placed on top of hashbrowns. They accommodated me with no issues. My plate came out perfectly. Very impressed with this. Not a big pancake fan but the bitter was melted and the syrup was warm. That’s an important detail. If you are in the area, I highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Brookside Cafe. They have a variety of breakfast dishes and will be back to sample more of them. Our server was named Steve and he was great – quick with the coffee refills and friendly. The pancakes had wonderful flavor, the syrup is served hot not warm. The bacon and the eggs we’re done perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Will go back to support this local business.

My friend and I were hunting for a breakfast place we hadn’t hit yet and found this place. It’s small, clean, staffed with friendly folks, and whoever is cooking did a bang up job. The food was incredible and had healthy portions. I asked for soft scrambled eggs and they did it. Most times I am not so lucky. My friend loved her skillet. The pancakes were thick and fluffy. All praise for this place, no cons. We are excited for a return visit and other future visits as we make our way through the menu.

Think, first watch quality (great food)with local diner prices. Great brunch option. They have a vast list of specialty waffles that were delicious. The bacon was crispy and the eggs the correct temperature. They had short staff signs but honestly the service was great. In the restaurant the ambiance was a bit overwhelming with different signs hard to see what is what. They had good lighting and clean bathrooms.

My daughter lives in Euless so when we visit I want a good place for breakfast. My wife found Brookside so we tried it and love it. I had the Big Big Breakfast, my wife had the Pot Roast. My daughter had the Peanut Butter Cups pancakes. My breakfast came out hot and good, cooked as I had ordered, the Pot Roast was tender and tasty. The Peanut Butter Cups breakfast had eggs and sausage with it. The pancakes had plenty of peanut butter cup pieces in them and looked quite good. My daughter loved them. Our service was great and the food was really good. I would recommend Brookside to anyone that is looking for a good breakfast or nice lunch.

Great staff, mega friendly, very quick and attentive. Rooster decor all over the restaurant. All breakfast items were swimming in oil. There were literally puddles of oil and grease on our plates. Food slides out real easy an hour later.
