My wife and I, up until yesterday, were loyal regular customers, this has come to an end due to the service and treatment we received. The Barrista made a simple mistake with my punch card, which wasn’t the problem. The attitude from the second barrista following his mistake was the kicker. I was handed my drinks and the window was shut on me midsentance as she turned her back and walked away. Although it’ll be inconvenient to go elsewhere, that’s what we have decided to do. They have just lost 2 of their longtime customers due to poor attitudes.

Best coffee in town! Was a little disappointed in how my pumpkin coffee turned out. Tasted like there was excessive chocolate syrup and withing 5 minutes it separated and the bottom half melted and overall it didn’t taste right and was very chalky.

I have been their a three times. The first two times was with the same employee who was gave off an attitude of she could careless that I was there. The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day.
Then I figured you know its been a little bit let’s give this place a try again. Went again and was informed they were closing in ten minutes and are only doing iced drinks. I said ok and placed an order. Was decent even left a tip. Have worked in costumer service. I realize it’s annoying if you’ve already cleaned a blender and a costumer comes in and makes an order that requires it. But thats how it goes, you make the drinks and reclean the equipment. Unfortunately they make good drinks but not impressed with the customer service.

Well I’m not one to criticize. Today started off a great morning until I stopped by Brooks and Terry’s. I ordered a caramel Macchiato and it came out colder than tap water and halfway down the cup I took a medium gulp and my mouth met a hair that came outta my coffee. This is disgusting and disturbing I will not get coffee from here anymore.

Went there for a coffee, first off. Theyre coffee is extremely inconsistent. One day its great one day it tastes very meh, and to charge 5$ for a medium. Insane! Also, with that being said the Illegally charge for debit card purchases ( 25 cents) that they dont even tell you about. Found out by looking at my statements, because guess what? They dont ever give you a receipt. Overall, Meh coffee for premium coffee prices. GO TO STARBUCKS IN SAFEWAY INSTEAD!!!

The swipe on my card wasn’t working and the barista working was so kind and gave me my drink for free. The staff is always incredibly kind and efficient, and the drinks are always great! My favorite place in town to get coffee. Q
