Brooks Burgers is definitely a local favorite and for good reason! The burgers are absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries are perfectly crispy and the milkshakes… wow, so good! The service was amazing too — super friendly and welcoming. Such a great spot to grab a bite and enjoy some classic comfort food in Naples. Highly recommend!

Today I chose to visit a restaurant known for their many choices of hamburgers. As I arrived I was not welcomed by any host and I ended up just seating myself. My son and I waited at our table for at least 15 minutes before a server even came over to us. Right away I knew that this wasn’t going to be a good visit simply because Chris our server seemed as though he would have rather been somewhere else than to be at work. Now for those that have read my previous reviews will know I’m brutally honest. I ended up choosing The Herb burger with Turkey instead of the beef. As we were waiting for our food to come out Chris came over to inform me that they were out of turkey burgers. Which is really sad because it was only 2 in the afternoon. For me this is a sign of bad inventory management. So if you are planning to have a turkey burger you may want to call ahead to verify they have it available. I will say that food did make up for the poor service even though the fries could have been seasoned better. I do feel like the food is a bit pricy especially for those who have a family. For a family of 5 you can be sure to spend a minimum of $70 if not more. Now the location is really nice. It’s a block or two from 5th Ave. My overall thoughts is this is a great one time spot for those who may be visiting the downtown Naples area

Great, authentic burger place. The burgers were fantastic, I highly recommend the burger with chicken breast.
Great variety of beers on tap too. The atmosphere is what you would expect, nothing cozy but authentic. They also had some offerings of wine and cocktails.
The prices are okay if not a little expensive for just a simple burger.

What a hidden gem in Naples! I was craving a fresh and tasty burger and that’s exactly what I got here.
I wasn’t sure what to order, but Ernest recommended the Pimento Burger, and it was juicy, fresh and tasty!
The waiter staff is customer friendly and you will not wait too long to get your food.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Fun place, with an aeronautical theme, also a beer bar where a robot brings you your order, we didn’t get to experience that but definitely enjoyed the delicious burgers. I had the Brooks Smash Burger. it was out of this world, the portion was the right size for me, but I could eat 2 if I was really hungry.
Their bar menu was extensive with lots of speciality drinks and some great beers along with a great assortment of wines.

UPDATE – The restaurant did reply as per below and I did respond but a week has gone by and no followup, so not sure what the real response is. And as for further detail, the evening in question was a large beer drinking group of 15 and everyone one of us was disappointed in the quality of the beer wall with the entire group stating they would not return unless action was taken. thank you.
Have been here many times and the food has and still is very good. However, STAY AWAY from the beer wall, it is no longer properly maintained and the beer is awful. The lines are not cleaned regularly resulting in sour beer, most of the taps are not working and the ones that are pour a beer of half foam. So if you paying by the ounce you are getting ripped off. Tonight the food was good but when I told the server with the issues with the beer the poor guy was too busy to act on it, nor did my message get the the manager on duty as the taps stayed open. I asked for refunds on my 2 beers that I poured but I felt sorry for the server and just paid and left. Time to tear the wall out and not put the restaurant reputation into the gutter any further. Sorry but I feel totally ripped off and will not be returning.

Amazing burger! There’s a reason for all of the great reviews. Their beer selection is amazing. So many different options you can even help yourself or try as much or as little as you’d like. Great way to create your own flight of beers. I will come back for this alone. The burger was very good! The service was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming. Feels like an old diner but then there’s also the newer side that is done with the beers. I would highly recommend Brooks Burgers and will absolutely be coming back. Great job Brooks!

Brooks is fantastic. Everything we had was delicious, the service is excellent and fast, drink selection is great, and the kids will behave when they know they’re waiting for ice cream! And robots bring the food so they love that too! There’s a separate bar area for those without little ones. It’s an experience and we had a blast!

The food was absolutely amazing! I got the smash burger and it was so delicious. The potato salad was some of the best I’ve had while being down here. The other perk was getting a bracelet you can scan and pour different drinks and they had some really yummy choices! We will definitely be going back in the near future.
