Stopped by Applebee’s and the service was disappointing from the start no greeting at the host stand and I had to wait while a table was cleaned. I ordered the Tipsy Cupid and it didn’t look anything like the picture, and I wasn’t offered the extra vibe shot until I asked. The Red Bull drink was good, but the OMG cheeseburger was just okay and didn’t come out sizzling. Worst part: my boyfriend’s beer glass was cracked at the rim (a safety hazard) and when I pointed it out, there was no apology—just a replacement glass and no compensation. I tipped because the waiter was nice overall, but I wouldn’t go back.

Re Grand Opening, restaurant was remodeled and it looks so nice! Very clean and the food was amazing! Antoine was our server and he was amazing. Very polite and humble person. Alexis C was my waitress, I asked her for 5 minutes to look at the menu and I guess she took that as 30 minutes, just kept walking around and tending to new customers at the bar, I had to get up and go to the bar to get my food, she then put the appetizer on the table and left too quick for me to even ask anything, and after she gave me my entree it took her about 25 minutes to check on me again, and this restaurant is literally empty, she works the bar which had only one person there at the moment. Food was good besides my hard breadstick, but I didn’t feel like waiting an hour for another one so I ignored it. Terrible service, I’ve worked at an Applebees so I know stuff happens, but it shouldn’t be this many inconveniences when the restaurant only has about 7 tables to tend to with 3 servers, please evaluate staff on customer service, this is the type of service that causes a scene in the restaurant, but I’m mature enough to just be silent and write a review. Pasta was delicious though

I went with my sons today, and all of our food was hot and fresh. The menu has had a refresh, and new items were great! Our server was a nice guy whose name I can’t recall, but who had dreads and was very friendly.

Donna R made the entire afternoon an enjoyable event.
This was my 1st visiting this location. I have no complaints about anything and even if I did, Donna R interactivity would have canceled it all out. My family and i Came here a couple days ago and we waited for almost 30 min to 1 hour before getting a server that wanted to care for us. i went to the bartender Alexia C. and asked her if she could take care of us we wouldn’t be much trouble. even though she looked stressed and was super busy she took us and sat us in her section. She accommodated everything needed even gave us a free appetizer for the wait and the rudeness of one of the other staff. she was incredibly sweet and she saved a customer for sure. We will be back only when she’s here though!

absolutely terrible . cheese for the pasta and spinach tasted expired and burger was soaked in oil. $7 to play a song on the damn jukebox ?! , but the bartender/waitress was kind and pleasant. but liquor tasted like it was cut. only ate because we just got off work.
