The place was mostly empty. The pizza was good. The only thing was that it was a little too greasy that it made the bottom crust soft and I do not enjoy that. The sauce and everything else was good, so I’m willing to give it another try.

Liz & one young lady that has exemplary customer service too (she’s from PR) are my favorite people to interact with here. Hopefully the owners are taking care of them because they are half the reason I come here. Pizza is truly the most accurate representation of NYC style pizza I’ve found in TX. Family friendly environment. Biggest pizzas I’ve seen in over a decade. Truly worth the investment.

We are years long customers. Six months ago we found a screw baked into a pizza crust. We let the store know. They asked us to text a picture for their review so we did. No response. We were not looking for any kick back but the lack of follow up was alarming.
Today we decided to give them another try because the pizza is top-notch. (It has always been delicious and fantastic quality) but today I found metal shavings in the crust and a long hair that I almost choked on. (We all have short hair)
This place is a 5 for taste but this year… a 1 for cross contamination unfortunately.

The food was very good! The garlic knots and the 3 cheese pizza was delicious!
The 2 individuals that were at the counter kind of set the mood in an off way. You could tell from their vibe they didn’t want to be there.
I was 1 of only 2 customers dining in. It was maybe 6:30pm on a Sunday.
I’m all for watching TV in any establishment, but I think it’s rather risky to have any kind of political television going on when too many folks now a days get triggered when your views don’t align with theirs. Typically sports are usually a safe bet.
Overall I would return again.
Lastly, and this made me laugh, of course when paying with a card there was the “tip amount” question which is understandable, and you pay before you eat, but I like to tip in cash, and the 2 individuals weren’t even the one that served me.
Food = 10 out of 10

I ordered pizza and it was left on my front door. The delivery driver didn’t ring the doorbell. They decided to text my phone that the pizza was there. Needless to say ants were ALL OVER the bottom pizza and a few were on the top pizza. I paid $55 for two pizza. So I called them and let them know what happened. The lady on duty was extremely rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it and hung up the phone in my face after she said the manager would be back on Monday and I could take it up with them. So I took the pizza with ants back to the store to get my refund. When I got there she called the manager and the manager was rude, unprofessional and I told her to refund my money for the pizza and the delivery charge. She refused to go so studying I ate one of the pizza so the order was complete. She also stated she was okay losing a customer over me complaining about the terrible customer service. I’ve been ordering pizza from this place since I moved to Pearland in 2018, 2-3X a week between me and my wife but after this I definitely won’t be returning. The house full of kids and parents at my home feel the same way and I have picture and the entire conversation with the manger recorded. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude like the initial lady I spoke with. Do better Brooklyn Pizzeria. The food is to good to lose more customers over terrible customer service. And while I spoke to the manager 2 young delivery drivers thought the whole situation was funny and stood there smirking the entire time.

The first time I went into this establishment they were very friendly and eager to take my order. I met the manager Ms. Liz. Her customer service is superb and she is very professional which I appreciate. Me,my neighbors, and friends we always order their pizzas, sodas, and my favorite the cream cake! I think this place has a lot of potential but the girl working at the front isn’t very friendly. She’s just.. there. The food was just ok, and definitely not anywhere near the pizza I had in NYC. Fried ravioli was good. But 17.00 for 2 slices of pizza that were just ok and some fried ravioli is just way too expensive. I came I saw i conquered and I won’t be back

I was in Pearland and had to give this spot a try. I’m really glad I did. Great NY style pizza! I had their special, some wings, and a small cheese pizza as well. I liked it all. The staff were friendly and the service was great. If you have tried the pizza and wings here, you should. It’s for sure the NY vibe in the food.
Pro Tip – Get your pizza cooked well done for the way we like it in Hell’s Kitchen, NY.

We typically love the pizza here, and the workers are friendly. We mostly order for pickup, and being from the northeast, love the New York style pizza. We were disappointed today when they got our order incorrect and when we called them, they didn’t offer a discount coupon or anything to make up for the mistake. Still great pizza, but we expect a bit more in customer service.
