It breaks my heart to write this review, Growing up in Union and always going to Brooklyn Pizza since I was 6 it’s very disheartening to see how far down the drain it’s gone under new management. Their pizza used to be sooo good and now it’s honesty atrocious. Me and my Mom came in today to get two slices after getting a pedicure like we usually do in town and for starters the girl at the register had a nasty attitude and negative an unapproachable energy coming off her. She also stayed in the front talking to another girl who I can only
guess is either another employee or a friend being extremely loud and scream laughing. When our pizza came out we began eating our pizza and instantly made disgusted faces realizing the pizza tasted like nothing and was extremely
dry. I had a buffalo slice and the chicken on it was burnt, dry and flavorless. The buffalo sauce crusted on the pizza and was just gross, the crust had no flavor or airiness/fluffiness to it at all, and there was no pizza sauce like at all on the pizza. My mom had a simple cheese slice and it was extremely dry. When you peeled the cheese back there was almost no sauce and even when you ate it, there was no sauce flavor at all coming through and even the cheese was very bland. The crust was extremely thin and didn’t hold its shape either. We were both so dissapointed and very sad and unfortunately will not be visiting or spending anymore money with this establishment any longer. Truly wish the old owners never left, this place is being rundown. The renovations are nice and all but the lack of deals, food quality, customer service and prices are all disappointing.

Please disregard the old reviews! This place is under new management and the pizza is very delicious. This is my second time ordering and very surprised to find Brazilian flavors on the menu.
You should definitely order and give them a try!
This is so close to home. Marcelo was really attentive and took the time to chat about maybe expanding some more “Brazilian “ flavors in the future. All in all the pizza was delicious and for a good price. Glad this place has new owners! Much success!
P.S. Maybe adding esfihas on Fridays or Saturdays and brasilian style margarita lol please

Absolutely Love This Pizza Spot! Whenever I’m in town, I make sure to visit this place! it’s truly a gem. The crust is perfectly crispy yet soft, and the toppings are always fresh and generously applied.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Oh, make sure to try their dessert pizzas, specially the banana w/ white chocolate one!

Brooklyn Pizza Shop in Union is easily one of the best pizza spots around! Their white slice is absolute perfection. It’s the kind of slice that keeps you thinking about it long after you’ve finished eating. I also tried the bruschetta pizza. I had never tried anything like it before coming here. The freshness of the toppings and that incredible crunch in every bite make it stand out from any pizza I’ve had elsewhere. You can tell they take pride in what they make.
If you’re anywhere near Union, NJ, Brooklyn Pizza Shop is a must visit. Every slice feels like it’s made with care and passion it is truly a local gem.

I went in for Mozzarella sticks, saw Cheese Knots on the menu and definitely needed to try them out. I was not disappointed. Very clean location, can’t wait to try the pizza next time. Oh yeah, the mozzarella sticks were great as well!

Ordered a turkey sub and got 1 slice of turkey. The person Who took the order made it seem like it was a problem to add oregano to a deli sandwich. When we call back to explain what was happening we didn’t get an apology we got. I’m sorry we’re closed. Do not eat here. They clearly do not care about service or presentation.

Terrible! Cheese slice was not one to remember. The cheese felt like I was eating stringy cheese and it was very salt and dry. Was not fresh at all. Usually you would order a slice and it would be nice and hot and the cheese would be melting off the slice. Also no tomato sauce on it. I ripped the pizza in to 3 parts just to see if I’m see correctly . It was so dry. Felt like I was given pizza that was left over for the day before and than preheated Very disappointed.
Their wings was no better. The only good that came out of this was the lady who took the order. She Was nice ! Other than that will never again!
