I ordered a white pizza and an antipasto salad for delivery. The pizza was not only NOT a white pizza, but it is also soaking wet, lots of very watery red sauce. The salad I ordered was missing 4 of the listed ingredients. I’m honestly just speechless. The pizza is wrong and disgusting, and the salad was literally a rip off. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this is really unacceptable. Next time I won’t ignore the very recent onslaught of 1 star reviews. Unfortunately I will not be dining here again.

The counter service lady is really nice. Pizza maker guy is cool too. Very down to earth folks.
Pizza is thin slice and really good. Have it reheated, crunchy goodness. Got a slice of meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch. So good. Will come back next visit to Lancaster.

Today as of October 27th me and my pregnant sister and friend had went in there to order food when it had came out there was glass in the food I handed the glad to them and they laughed about it very unprofessional if I hadn’t seen it in time me and my sister would have probably ate it and would have ended up being very bad! I don’t mind paying for GOOD food. But first they give us a menu with out dated prices. So after paying $40 for a cheeseburger sub (no side)and 12 wings with 2 drinks. They serve us the food and my cheeseburger sub was all bread and these small pieces of a dry flavorless burger. All I’m saying is if you are raising prices. Make sure your quality is good.

I ordered pizza and a chef salad online for delivery at the hotel I’m staying at a couple blocks from the restaurant. No chef salad came with the door dash person. The phone number does not work for the restaurant or the delivery driver! I’ll be getting my credit card company involved to reverse the payment!

Used to love this place but has quickly went from one of the best to the worst in town. I ordered a Caprese Salad which was absolutely nothing like what it should have been. When i called back to see what happened the owner lashed out over the phone claiming there was no basil to complete the salad? She then continued to scream in an unprofessional manner to a loyal customer who frequents often. Very disappointed and will never be back and will tell others as well!

Wow is all I can say I’ve been here a few times and never had such a bad experience. I figured I’d grab a quick slice of cheese pizza and I’ll be honest I had to throw it away, which I don’t think I’ve ever done to a piece of pizza in my life. It was hard, no cheese and all grease, and had no flavor. I also was charged a whole dollar for a small side of ranch which I never even got. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was gross.

Possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered a White pizza with spinach & chopped onions and received this monstrosity. Pizza was cold and dry, almost flavorless. The white lattice work is straight up ricotta, which was dry and rolled right off the slice when I went to take a bite… as I was hungry and was trying to give it a chance. Maybe it tasted better than it looked. Unfortunately, not the case.

I made a very simple order this evening for my children. Instead of receiving a buffalo chicken pizza like my kids wanted, they sent BBQ chicken pizza. So I called to get it rectified. The man argued with me telling me he made it right. But as I stated I am looking at the receipt and this is definitely not right at all, he handed the phone to a woman instead. The woman was very rude and hung up on me. I will never order from here again. It would be 0 stars if I could make it that way. Disrespectful and just flat out rude

Well…the menu in the restaurant says a Cheeseburger sub is $10.75, the website says $11.75, and DoorDash says $14. I added extra cheese which I did not receive or they use so little that what I did get is extra but seems like it should be the normal amount. I also got a $3 soda. That turned it into $20.75????? So the extra cheese and tax is $3.75 to $7?
I feel legitimately scammed and I might do a chargeback. This is filthy pricing.
