Bronco Billy’s Saloon & Grill Est. 1998 Bronco Billy’s Saloon is a good ol’ country bar and grill in the Wisconsin Dells & Baraboo area. You’ll find a fantastic menu with daily specials and your favorite beverages, all served in a casual and friendly atmosphere. We welcome pardners and ladies of all ages. We’re located a little off the beaten path, smack dab between Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo, and just one mile north of Ho-Chunk Casino. Open 7 days a week, goal is to make sure pardners and ladies of ALL ages feel welcomed and satisfied.

The Friday night fish fry is wonderful. I’ve actually never had a bad meal. I ABSOLUTELY love their Reuben sandwiches, as they’re made with the good stuff, NOT lunch meat. Feel free to bring your dog and sit out back on the patio.

Hands down the best patty melt I have had in many, many years. We took a chance being on the road and were so happy we did. The only critique would be to lower the light brightness, but other than that, it was amazing. I have a sensitive stomach, and normal would get sick off a patty melt, but not this one. So clean and fresh. Coming from a chef, I hope I can stop in again on another road trip soon.

We had very poor service from the waitress Denise, it was like we were a trouble for her to help us. We had 6 adults in our party plus 2 to go orders and it took over an hour to get our food and the burgers that we received were over cooked, we all ordered medium and got well done. If they ask you how you want your burger it doesn’t matter because it comes well done no juice. And through our time spent at the table she never came back to see if everything was fine.

On March 3rd, 2023 my wife and I had our small wedding reception at Bronco Billy’s. It was fantastic. The food was excellent. Beth the manager was fantastic to work with and was able to make it happen on just a few months notice. We appreciate her and the staff from that day. The sunset from the back patio made for some great photos. Thank you guys!

First time there. Waitress made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the start. It wasn’t jam packed, but they were busy for Friday fish fry. We asked for two dinners to go. While waiting, we witnessed one of the cooks eating while cooking. Not normally something that bothers us, but noticed he was eating with his hands while he was handling the uncooked food without gloves.

Where do I begin, was greated with bar staff after 15 minutes at the bar… When I asked how much it would be to add shrimp to the Friday fish fry the lady gave me hassle. Finally got drinks and ordered only to wait over an hour for the food to come out, and the place wasn’t busy at all. One cook three ladies staffed as bar tenders. Food finally came out and it was absolutely horrible. I’d stay away from this place and hope it closes as if this is how your going to run a bar/restaurant you deserve to have it fail.
