I ordered the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not like most I’ve tasted. It didn’t have the nice buttery lemony flavor that I enjoy. To my taste it did not seem to be made on site. The bread wasn’t toasted as far as I could tell. I requested the potatoes to be well done. They’re homestyle potatoes are big flat pieces of sliced potatoes. There were a few that Were nicely Browned but mostly they were colorless and not well done.
My partner had the eggs with the machaca. The meat appear to be generous in the scrambled eggs but there wasn’t much flavor. When I ordered Mexican style food I expect there to be a bunch of flavor but this lacked anything distinctive.
There was an issue with my food and the Manager was absolutely wonderful. He’s strives to make everything perfect and I wish I could give a five star review. But aside from the issue we had, the food still feel short. This chain is very popular so it was quite surprised at the results of our meal. I’m hoping this was just a unusual situation and that the food will always be excellent as we expect.
They had a nice glass in patio area which was an enjoyable place to take advantage of being outside.

Cute indoor decor and prompt seating. Our server was polite and personable while also being efficient. We ordered the monte cristo sandwich, which was a bit disappointing as it was an undercooked and the side of raspberry jam was more like pie filling and tasted bitter. The side of home fries was decent. The salmon toast was good but not amazing. The matcha and regular latte were extra sweet but not bad tasting, just too sweet for our preference.

I would definitely come back! The food was delicious! We ordered a pretty standard American breakfast but it did not disappoint. I can see this place, and its parking lot, being extremely packed and busy on a non-weekday morning. Service was pretty minimal; took our order, dropped off the food, stopped off the bill, and am without much else in conversation. I saw a nice looking bar in the corner of the restaurant, so I tried out an iced Irish coffee. The drink was strong and worth it! There was plenty of options with some Spanish influence that I would love to come back and try.

Loved our entire experience! We sat in the outdoor seating which was heated, and we got to enjoy the sunshine. When they got too sunny, they set up an umbrella for us. The food was fantastic, and the service was great!
We ordered the eggs, Benedict, the rancheros skillet, and a bunch of sweet treats!

The food was quite delicious, but the portions felt a bit small for the price. Service was slow, and we had to request water three times before it arrived. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I’m unlikely to return.

I was pleasantly surprised came with a big group and even though they were packed they were able to accommodate us . Our server was amazing very attentive and jokes with us and kept the mood happy. Only problem I had with the whole meal was a soggy sope Benedict . I didn’t bring it up just ate it. I had other peoples food and it was amazing . Fiesta burrito to die for .

Would definitely stop by next time we’re in town to try other menu items!

Sadly, I was disappointed when I tried this place after wanting to go here for several years. For what it’s worth it was decently busy when I went in on Monday around 1 PM. It could’ve also been that I got the chicken and waffles. When I know my gut told me I should’ve gotten an omelette. The chicken was dry and depressing. It seemed like a free previously frozen patty that I could’ve bought from Costco. My husband did get the skillet, and it looked really good, he had no complaints. The service was also kind of slow, I waited over 25 minutes for my food , but that might have been due to the fact that it was decently busy when I arrived on Monday…. not sure I can say that I’d be back.

I finally had the chance to eat at Broken Yolk Cafe, and it definitely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how bright, clean, and spacious the restaurant felt. Even though parking at this location is a bit limited, once you’re inside, the comfortable layout and relaxed atmosphere make up for it.
I decided to try the chicken fried steak, and it did not disappoint. The breading was crisp, the steak was tender, and the gravy tied everything together perfectly. It was flavorful without being too heavy, and the portion size was just right — generous enough to leave me satisfied but not overly stuffed. You can tell they put care into their food.
Service was another highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick without being rushed. My server checked in often, kept drinks filled, and made sure everything was just how I wanted it. It really added to the overall experience.
Overall, I walked out feeling completely satisfied. Between the tasty food, great service, and comfortable dining area, Broken Yolk Cafe has definitely earned a spot on my go-to breakfast and brunch list. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I was served by Juan, he was simply the best. Was full of cheer, courteous and very attentive in a good way.
I would highly recommend this establishment, especially for a scrumptious breakfast.
I also loved the overall ambience – wonderful vibe about this place.
