While searching online for fresh, healthy dining options during my travels, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this outstanding Mediterranean restaurant right here in Dinuba. Never did I imagine such a place existed in this area.
From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The husband and wife team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and well-informed. They offered thoughtful recommendations and were clearly passionate about both the food and the customer experience.
The menu features an impressive selection of nutritious, flavorful dishes made with incredibly fresh vegetables and high-quality ingredients. Each plate was a perfect balance of taste, nutrition and visual esthetics—delicious without ever feeling heavy.

I had been thinking about trying out this restaurant for a while, and once I finally did it was absolutely delicious! I ordered online my first time, but I recently decided to go into the restaurant and try a few new things, and everything was made with such care and great flavor. The owners are very welcoming and gave us samples to make sure we liked what we got. They explain the ingredients and where they are from, and every single thing we tried was amazing. I’ve definitely found a new favorite local spot!

We found this place on Google and like the reviews. Let me tell you that the owners earned and deserve every good review they have. The experience was so good. The owners are so friendly and so helpful with food choices. The prices are good too. To top it all of the food is FANTASTIC! It was so delicious and was such a good clean meal. The chicken was cooked perfect and so was the rice and couscous. If you are not sure if you should go here then here is your sign to go! Do not miss a chance to eat here because it was so good!

Absolutely amazing . I wish we could bring the owners and the food to New york!! The best food I had while in California and such a god sent. A taste from heaven!!! The bowls are a work of art. The tarts are so amazing too .. beyond happy we found this treasure. Got to celebrate my 37th birthday eating the best food.

We were so happy to discover Brochettes after a long day of hiking the national parks. We got the build-your-own chicken bowls, which come with a large portion of chicken kebab and lots of flavorful toppings and sauces. The owners – husband and wife – were very kind and explained the menu to us. Great prices. The food is wonderfully seasoned and tastes AMAZING, with enough for leftovers. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our experience at Brochettes Grill! The hummus with different toppings was incredibly flavorful, the slow-cooked beef was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was simply delicious. Everything was so good that we’re already looking forward to coming back.

I was in town visiting from FL, and a local recommended Brochettes Grill. It did not disappoint! The food was exquisite, the flavor profiles were ample, ingredients were fresh, and the incorporation of Mediterranean/Moroccan taste, along with French inspired pastries, was amazing. Great to meet the owners as well and hear a bit about their story and the origin of Brochettes. I felt truly at home with their warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll visit again next time I’m in town.

Brochettes is a real gem!! You are immediately welcomed and made to feel at home and valued. The food is amazing, fresh and flavorful, and there is a lot of it!! The bowls are incredibly good, and if that wasn’t enough their lemonades are delightful and refreshing, and the desserts are delectable!!
