Pizza arrived burnt, dry and salty apparently it was reheated on New Year’s Day it was horrible my kids wouldn’t even eat it called to complain they said it was fresh this is the worse pizza in the history of McKeesport

I came to Broadway Pizza to take out/dine in. I ordered a few slices. The pizza Definitely reminded me of a pizza shop back in Brooklyn NY. It was on SPOT and took me BACK. My pizza was thin, cheesy, greasy. I had a decent experience! Check it out. Hope you enjoy your food. 🙂

The woman who runs the place randomly charges you an extra “open food” fee of whatever she feels like. She charged me an extra $8 pretax. I usually order online so I know how much everything totals out to but I was having issues on the site so I called in. When I picked up my order she lied and stated it was due to the toppings on my pizza but I noticed the receipt on my food had the actual breakdown of the cost when I got home. Their specials don’t include fries which should’ve been taken off their website a long time ago. Not to mention this time my pizza was extra salty and my Italian sub was burnt. Terrible service and scammers…

it is currently 9:32pm on a tuesday night and I just put my order in, I spoke with Anthony and he was so patient and kind give that man a raise!! ️I haven’t even been in to pick my food up yet and i’m already beyond satisfied, great job anthony! super friendly and understanding!

Worst business around. I place an order on the website. I get a confirmation email. Then a second email ten minutes later that my order is confirmed for preparation. Three hours pass. No food. Still don’t know why it confirmed through two emails to be ignored. Then I call the next day to place the same order because my kids still wanted to try it cause they never got it the night before. I call twice both times y’all’s phones aren’t working it wasn’t my phone I called other places right after he hung up on me to make sure my phone was working. It was definitely the businesses phones not working. Since I can’t place an order online or over the phone I drove myself the entire way down, to place an order in person. And the one and only worker they have employed at that time isn’t enough trained enough to find a menu but somehow he is to be trusted preparing our food? No thank you. To put it bluntly. Order pizzaburgh.

Everything I ordered was fresh, hot and delicious! The jalapeno poppers where the best I’ve had in a really long time. Also delivery was fast and driver was very polite.
If the food is this good everytime I order I may have a new favorite pizza spot.. Definitely will be a return customer!!!

I had to order 2xs because the messed up and just sent me fries and mushrooms but not the gyro I ordered …16 dollars by the way. So I ordered again to get the gyro I ordered extra gyro sauce and a cup of melted cheese .so 2cnd order there was no extra cucumber sauce and the cheeses was cold mozzarella cheese. So 2 delivery fees and 13 dollars for the second order. So almost 30 bucks for my food that was terrible. Cold and old tasting . Spoke to manager who sounded like he didn’t care about a customer being disappointed. Oh well live and learn. Didn’t offer any compensation food or otherwise. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. YALL SUCK …

The food is good here I must say but I don’t appreciate being charged twice for delivery and once for “open food”. I tip everytime I come or order which is weekly from here so this was really disrespectful to me. I also should of been told I would of been charged another delivery fee for additional items but I wasn’t. I don’t think anyone would think they would be charged twice to come to the same address
