This is really a fun place to go !
We had a mini family gathering – family from various Far Away places – and met up here.
Walking in you see a nice, huge dining area with a welcoming atmosphere.

Shawn and Britney will ensure you have a great visit. Britney’s great personality at the front of house, and I guess it’s Shawn who does the great cooking.
Great combination ! Great food. Great service. Great company !
We went in the afternoon whilst most of the town was at the festival We wanted a more quiet day so we skipped it.

My husband found this place online while I was driving and we decided to check out the burgers. We were so impressed with the variety on the menu. It was hard to decide. But I went with the patty melt with American cheese on one side and swiss cheese on the other. And had the fried egg plant as the side.
My husband had the Rodeo hamburger with the French fries as the side.
The portions were generous and the food was hot and seasoned perfectly. The patty melt had the perfect amount of onions and not a bit to much. The fried egg plant with the dipping sauce was so good! My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. It was huge burger, he had to flatten it a little to get the first bite.
Staff was super friendly and came to check on us 3 different times.
A hidden gem if you are not a local to Lafayette! You should really check this place out.

Great place! Definitely a must if you’re looking for variety and incredibly amazing tasty food. We were just on our way to Houston and decided to give this place a chance and it was awesome. It has a menu with plenty of option for all likes. We tried burger and our toddler the grilled chicken with cheese and grilled veggies. The place is cleaned, service amazing and food top notch. Definitely will be back if we drive by Lafayette.

Large wide open environment with lots of natural lighting! Thick, juicy, burgers are definitely handmade and homestyle, which is awesome !!! There are so many options and ways to build/order your burger, low carb options as well.

I got the Broaddus at the Beach V 2.0, which had grilled pineapple, it’s an interesting concept but not sure if I’m a fan, glad I tried it though.
Disappointed in the loaded fries, all the topping were just on top, so once you got passed that layer it was simply just fries ….

Location is great, everytime I pass they’re never busy so I decided to give it a go for something quick. First time, below average burger & not as specified. Second time going: Something smelled off like the meat was old/the grill wasnt cleaned in a while and rotten lettuce.
Fries/onion rings nothing to write home about, both are over cooked for no reason. I saw someone say the fries are great, a standard fast food place will have better fries.
Businesses need to realize spending money for this type of quality will not keep your doors open.

If this wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had it was definitely close. My over easy egg originally came out over hard, but the staff cooked a new one in a hurry. At $20 for just a burger, fries, and drink it’s a good thing I live far away and won’t be tempted to come here all the time, but the quality and service were definitely worth the price.

I haven’t had Broaddus Burgers since the beginning on Moss Street at the old Sonic, so it was so good to have one open up near my house. It’s been so packed since opening and I had to stop on in.
Went over the menu at work on their website but the text was pretty small so I couldn’t really read it, but once I got there it was plenty of menus by the door so I quickly went over in line. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with questions I had. I got the stuffed burger with fries also my sister in law got the same thing. Only reason I say this is because she cut into and her burger looked amazing stuffed with pepperjack cheese and oozing everywhere. I cut into my burger and it’s nothing….
The owner did come over and said it might’ve leak out but there was no cheese at all in the plate, but he did make another and I can say it was perfect then. One thing I will say is the patties aren’t seasoned so I suggest building your burger with the spicy patty (which I’ll try next time). Overall the experience was good and you can tell they’re ironing out the kinks and everything is just not flowing just right as of yet, so I won’t hold any of that against them. I will be back again.

Not impressed. Chili cheese dog was nothing special. It tastes like a store bought dog and canned hormel chili.
Burger was ok but it was nothing special as well taste like something they threw together at home ♂️
BBQ sauce was ok if you like Jack Miller BBQ sauce mixed with Mayo & Ketchup.

Been knowing of this place for 10 plus years, had their burgers when the owner first got started. Consistent, and always good. I am a food critic , and have taste bud for good food only, and had to admit, no matter where I go, Broaddus never disappoint me. I had the Q’s Burger, I’m claiming it for Quan’s Burger.
