We just left Brizio Pizza about 15 minutes ago and are already talking about how great it was on our way back to Bakersfield. Every time we visit, it never disappoints.
First off, the customer service is excellent—which is rare to find these days. The staff actually checks in on you to make sure everything tastes great and that you’re enjoying your visit. The wings are delicious, packed with flavor, and the mozzarella sticks are perfectly cheesy and crunchy, especially with their dipping sauce.
Jay, the owner, is always plugged in with his team and his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience, and you can really feel the pride he takes in his business.

I was in Lake Forest for work today and had a craving for pizza, so I turned to Yelp and discovered Brizio. I’m so glad I did! The menu is packed with options, and my friends and I decided to try the Detroit-style and deep dish pizzas. We also got a salad and a sandwich, and everything was fantastic.
The pizza here is absolutely amazing—definitely some of the best I’ve had in Orange County. The dough was fresh, and the flavors were on point. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The employees seemed nice but the pizza seemed like a frozen one they threw in. The calzone is barely hot and no ricotta so its a pizza folded in half not heated. $25 per thing to literally go in the trash.

Everything here was great! The pizza was top notch and the service was great. Stumbled upon it a couple of weeks ago, then brought the extended family from out of town. They thought it was amazing also! Fun signs to read inside the parlor. This is my new go to for pizza for sure!

It’s the end of an era – my Fridays will never be the same. I’ve been coming in for the weekly spaghetti special for years now, despite the price increases and the sacrilege of switching to Pepsi products, but the new marinara sauce is not my cup of tea. I was told it’s a permanent change for all marinara based dishes to a higher quality sauce, but honestly it doesn’t look fresh, and tastes very much like a generic canned sauce doctored with a sprinkle of seasonings to me.
I moved from the area 2 years ago and still make the trek from south county every week because I seriously craved that rich, sweet crushed tomato base. It’s been my ritual for so long, and I love the Brizio’s team… but sadly I think today was my last visit. I’ll miss you all!
Upping my rating for quality since Jay cares enough about his customers to respond. I did not ask for any refund – I asked about the sauce change and gave an honest reaction. His staff graciously offered a $5 credit. True, it is my personal taste that drove this review – as a creature of habit who is also a review nerd I personally appreciate info like ‘Pepsi not Coke’, or a major recipe change like this. I’m sure you will gain many new clients who want to decide for themselves 🙂

The service was great. I have been here 3 times. I was disappointed with the quality of the food all 3 times. Pizza is worse than domino’s. The wings were pre cooked and old. They hade a taste of the cooler that they are stored in. I gave them one more try. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Aside from being cold it was only edible. The antipasti salad s had no taste to it. I won’t waste any more money going here

Pizza, mozzarella sticks, waffle fries, spaghetti with meat balls and chicken Parmesan with spaghetti marinara sauce was all delicious.
