We came across this place while on the trails in the Superior National Forest on our four wheeler. It is an amazing place with delicious food in the middle of nowhere! We’ve had homemade deep fried wontons fried in bacon duck fat! OMG . In addition, we had pork belly burnt ends on a bed of crispy onion rings. W.O.W. lastly, although regular flavored buffalo wings may sound boring, these were anything but! Besides being double-dipped and fried crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside, they have black pepper in their hot sauce that gave an extra kick… In addition, even the blue cheese was special because it was a homemade garlic blue cheese dipping sauce. I would drive to here or four-wheel to here anytime… not too far from Virginia, MN

Our group of 7 came in for an early dinner on a Wednesday. Our waitress really hustled between the bar and tables. I enjoyed the prime rib dip with their homemade chips. Others at the table enjoyed their meals as well. I am sure we will be back.

Nice lil hideway bar off of 169 tucked away in the woods off the snowmobile trail. They have high octane fuel for your high performance machines. Once your inside its warm a cozy with a nice atmosphere. The food is amazing. My favorite dish is the Briskett Mac & Cheese with the bbq sauce. Grab some lunch It is absolutely amazing. Bartenders are the best on the range. Lots of cool novelties & support gear. Get your own Britt lounge flannel or hat to keep you warm on the trails or on the ice. Not to far down the road is some great ice fishing holes too. Follow the trails all the way out to Tavern on the bay and enjoy some dinner with great food. My favorite is the grilled chkn bacon ranch wrap with season fries. There are plenty of games & pull tabs to keep you busy. Enjoy the game on large screeen tvs or sit by the warm cozy fireplace & watch the sunset over the lake. Catch the Northern lights during G5 solar storms. Hit the trails & continue your journey around Lake Vermillion.

This place is awesome. So happy to see it refreshed after coming up to the iron range for over 40 years. They have a great patio, lots of inside seating. Friendly staff! Very clean too. Wings had great flavor and good sized. Duck wontons were good as well. Kids like the fries and the burgers. Off sale available and is convenient. Blue moon ta was a little flat (but that’s pretty much every bar we have been to around Virginia). Coors light was crisp and fresh though. We will 100% be back next summer.

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Excellent duck cheese wontons. Wings were great and amazing Bleu cheese! Reuben, burgers and fries were all delicious. The kids shared a cheeseburger and they divided it for us which was helpful. Little pricey but worth it! We sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the lake view. Leashed dogs are also welcome.

A fun place to stop and eat while riding sleds.

These are the best burgers on the Iron Range, and also one of the only places you can find hand-cut French fries and chips this far north. Great specials, great atmosphere, great tappers too!

The Britt Lounge has once again outdone itself! I’ve had the mozzarella sticks, which were a delightful combination of crunchy and cheesy goodness. I’ve also tried their double cheeseburger, which was simply *chef’s kiss* magnifique! If you’re seeking a warm and inviting meal, this place is a must-visit.

The food was excellent. It took a little long to get the food but it was worth the wait. My double cheeseburger was made with love. Perfect. Would definitely go back.

Great and prompt service. Waffle fries and seasoned sour cream is a must. I’d recommend a visit if in the area.
