Monticello Britos…. Me and my husband LOVE YOU! This is the best restaurant ever and I mean that. They have mastered the flavors, they are so consistent every time. I never have to worry about getting a “bad meal” from Britos, because I know it’s gonna hit every single time!! We do not go to chipotle or pancheros whatsoever anymore.. Britos exceeds ALL of my expectations. I couldn’t be more happy to have discovered them! Let’s talk about that hygiene, WOW!! This place is CLEAN! Their line is gorgeous every single time. There’s never food scattered everywhere, no gross cross contamination like chipotle. I am lactose intolerant and I can trust that there isn’t gonna be shredded cheese in my guac here! So yeah, extremely extremely clean, I always feel safe and happy eating their food. I love all the fresh, delicious ingredients. This is fast food that will actually make you feel healthy and full. Now, the staff is amazing! Every single man and woman I’ve seen working here has just been so great. Wonderful service all around, they are efficient, they care about how your meal looks, they listen to customers. They are truly so kind and we like to tip them. I spoke to a man today on 9/12 around 2:45 working there, and he was so personable and nice! He told me about how all the staff members work hard to keep their consistency and cleanliness in the restaurant! I tell everyone I know about this place because to me it’s such a hidden gem. And their prices are perfect. Ain’t nobody doing it like Britos man….

This was one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to on my journey through Minnesota. You get to pick and choose how you want your breakfast weather that be bowl or burrito and im sure there’s other options. Cooked to order. The tortillas are literally made right in front of you as you order you’re burrito, I thought that was a nice touch. Plenty of seating to enjoy it there or the process is fast enough to take it to go. I will 100% return if I end up back in monticello.

Taste the freshness!. This restaurant is very similar to Chipotle but the ingredients are amazingly fresh and you can taste the difference! The tortilla is incredible and every ingredient I piled into it was delicious!

Great spot located a few blocks from the freeway and one block off the main drag. Nice to see how clean it was inside. Fresh made tortillas and stocked with fresh ingredients, with the typical fare of burritos, bowls, salads, and tacos. Went with the two tacos which was the perfect portion for lunch. Dining area itself was sterile if you choose to dine in. Really want to come back on a weekend for the breakfast burrito. Overall it was clean, fresh, and flavorful at a decent price point. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area – recommended.

Ordered Uber eats, got someone else’s order, I requested a refund and I got it.
I called the restaurant to see if my food was there to tell them no one would pick it up. The owner said it was, and said he would deliver it to me personally since I couldn’t get anyone to grab it.
He delivered it and told me to keep the other items I recieved. Awesome food, with Awesome people running and working there. Thank you so much!

Ran across this Chipotle style burrito place today and it was amazing! The line forms on the far side of the counter. I ordered a burrito and they toasted it on the griddle quickly before starting my order. They have Spanish rice as an option and so got that with the Barbacoa. Topped the rest with my normal favorite burrito toppings. The guacamole looks like and tasted freshly made. The fresh tortillas were the real game changer but everything was great! The guacamole ended up being on just the one end! Oh well, I’ll come again and you should also try this place.

If you are eating at Mexican places in the area that don’t make homemade torrillas….try Brito’s. Brito’s not only makes their own tortillas, they are large enough to hold all of your burrito contents. The ingredients are fresh, and the eggs for the breakfast burritos are cooked when ordered. The hashbrowns inside the breakfast burrito are delicious. The staff is polite and friendly AND the prices are extremely reasonable. For $8.95 you can get a huge burrito. Please support this local business.
