The Chef Smokes Experience
It’s an injustice to put this in the “frozen food” category. It tasted like a true home cooked meal, that was then frozen. The pies are seriously a meal. 1lb. My favorite pie was, The Steak, ale & mushroom. The beef was perfectly braised. Could eat that once a week easily. The seasoning was ONPOINT as well. Which is not something you’re expecting with frozen food. hoping for sure, but never expecting. I am going to be a frequent flyer. ps. If any golf courses in KC see this: PLEASE ADD SAUSAGE ROLLS TO THE TURN. The Brit’s know what they’re doing over there.

His personality made it feel like I was catching up with an old friend—easy to talk to, genuine, and kind.
I had the chance to try his birria pie, and it was incredible. I’ll admit, I’m usually hesitant to try new foods because of a sensitive stomach, but this one was different—the flavor was authentic, rich, and truly enjoyable. You can tell he puts pride and passion into his work.

We decided to order from Chris to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. We have been to London and fell in love with the UK flavors. We ordered online for pickup at their kitchen in NKC to pickup on a Wednesday. The owner let us know that he would be at the kitchen the next day and we could pickup then if we wanted. Awesome! The pies and rolls come prepared frozen to cook at home. Chris gave me some tips and tricks on cooking the rolls. Our order came with easy to understand cooking directions and each item was vacuum sealed. We purchased the sampler that included the chicken, shepherds pie, and the steak and mushroom pie as well as a traditional sausage roll and a spicy sausage roll. We couldn’t even pick a favorite pie because they were all so good! I’m kind of a spice weenie and I was able to enjoy the spicy sausage roll. Everything was perfectly seasoned! I couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner. With the amount in the sampler, we were able have two meals for two people and were completely stuffed both times. We will definitely be ordering again soon and plan to check out one of Brit Boy’s local events!

Brit Boy did not disappoint! Got a little bit of everything in my delivery order. The pies were so tasty and comforting. Literally put it in the oven and forgot about it until it was ready and had a steamy homemade-like meal that was super satisfying. I baked mine a little longer than recommended for an extra toasty cheese layer on top. Would definitely recommend trying Brit Boy!

The sausage rolls are incredible — and borderline addictive!
Ordered the traditional sausage rolls on the recommendation of a friend.
Pickup was a breeze! Chris was very attentive and took the time for a quick chat, to talk through his offering.
When cooking, these crisped up incredibly well following the instructions provided (22min, flipping halfway, at 400 degrees in the air fryer).
The puff pastry and fresh sausage were both incredibly flavorful. In fact, I loved them so much, I went through them all in just a few days. Can’t wait to restock and try the pies and spicy sausage rolls very soon!

Don’t sleep on these guys. The food from Brit Boy is so, so good. I’ve eaten their pies and sausage rolls at home (you can order frozen on their website and pick up from a number of locations), and also when I’ve managed to catch them selling their hot food at a couple of pop-up events.
All of the pies are incredibly tasty, and very filling too – a pie is basically a whole meal, with lots of filling!
The sausage rolls are up there with the best I’ve ever tasted (and I ate plenty, growing up in the UK).
I highly recommend you get some Brit Boy food in your life!

The food is amazing every time!! I have had the pleasure of trying the pies and sausage rolls from this company a few times and it never disappoints. My fiancé and I recently tried the birria pies and they were 10/10. The flavor was incredible, and the meat was super tender. Highly recommend Brit Boy!!

Absolutely fantastic. I tried the sausage rolls, the chicken & ale pie, the barria pie, and the shepherd’s pie — everything was spot on. The barria pie stole the show for me, but the shepherd’s pie hit in a different way… it genuinely felt like I was back home in England eating it in my grandma’s kitchen. That kind of comfort is hard to recreate and Brit Boy Street Food nailed it. If you miss true British comfort food or just want seriously good pies, this is the place. Highly recommend
