Everything and everyone at Bristlecone deserves 5 stars! The food, coffee, and teas are delish, service in the cafe is spectacular.
Studio A (yoga) and Studio B (spin) are fantastic ways to move your body and work up a sweat (or relax with candlelit yoga and sound baths). The instructors are all kind, compassionate, energizing, and positive humans. Bristlecone truly has created a community of like minded people, where each staff member and instructor truly cares about their customers and members. I’ve never felt judged or criticized for my size or appearance in any class, instead I’ve always felt welcome and part of their community. Bristlecone is a a literal gem of Cedar City, with a unique experience unlike any other “gym” or coffee place in town. Highly recommend spin and sculpt classes, as well as Buti and sound baths.

Really impressed with this spot! The food was tasty, the matcha was smooth and not too sweet (just how I like it), and the prices? Unreal. We had a full meal with drinks and only spent $37—that’s rare these days. I just wish we had a place like this back in Florida! Definitely coming back for another round when I’m in town.

I like this place – the funky furniture, the fact that it’s not a chain. That’s why I’m still giving it 5 stars.
But for crying out loud…the scent! Whatever they’re using, trying to make it smell nice…it’s WAY too strong, and smells way too much like cleaning fluid. As a matter of fact, that’s what I thought at first.
So – would be great, except for the smell.

Passing through cedar city town search of coffee, search no further at Bristlecone. Britany offered some of the most welcoming customer service. Had the best americano with notes of pure joy. To have such a great espresso when traveling.
For food I had the apple nachos for an alternative to a light breakfast to start the day.

Love this spot! The garage doors let in ample lighting and there’s lots of good, cozy seating. It feels like a great spot to come hang for awhile. Plus the food is delicious and hearty. I had a Chai so can’t speak to the coffee, but I’d bet on it being tasty!

If I could give the service 100 stars, I would!! This place is a hidden gem in Cedar City’s downtown area. You walk in and the aroma is spectacular. The fixtures, decor, tables and furniture are out of this world, immaculate and stunning golds, velvets, blacks, antiques with a modern twist. I love that you check out the menu and order up front. They have a yoga studio in the back, gorgeous women all around, everyone ready to give you a big smile or share a small chat. They also have a shop in back filled with beautiful yoga clothing and accessories and the women at the store cashier area had the sweetest smile and the friendliest attitude.
The bathrooms were immaculate to say the least with a small table in the corner with extra hair tyes and feminine products free of charge! Total game changer as I have never seen this before! Each bathroom door had the most gorgeous women/men icons, and in the hall you can take a quick selfie in this beautiful mirror.
The service was insane!!! It’s so hard to come by genuinely happy people who seem to love what they do, the server was so kind and the barista was my favorite, her smile lit up the room and she genuinely looked like she loves what she does.
The food was so fresh and most options are on the healthier side, coffee was a 10/10 probably the best I’ve had in the area! And they even have fresh juices and seasonal lemonades and teas which I’ll have to go back to try!
They have a patio area near breezy trees under the lovely sky. They also have a box of large jenga blocks to keep you entertained for quite awhile!
Can’t wait to come back, you guys are something special!

Such a wonderful place in the downtown cedar city. So many locals recommended this place and we can say they are right. The staff was super nice and offered us the pup cup for our dog boy. The coffee was very good. We had the iced coffee and hot drip coffee. The iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes so the taste wasn’t watered down after the ice melted. That’s incredible. The coffee shop also looks very cool and clean.

Just stopped in for an iced strawberry matcha and an iced coffee with cold foam – two of the best drinks we’ve ever had! Great, kind service. Chic, cute atmosphere. If we were locals, we’d be back! Highly recommend.

They ran out of the bourbon cold brew, and originally wanted us to wait in line again to pay the difference for the crème brûlée latte. Ultimately after a lengthy discussion, they ended up making the latte for us at no additional charge. The overall atmosphere is really cool, but the table we sat at had these jagged metal edges on it. The muffins had a sticker with the symbol for gluten-free and vegan on them, but I’m glad I checked with the staff, because these muffins were not gluten-free or vegan. They said that they would have circled those symbols if they were gluten-free. The coffee just doesn’t compare to The Grind, which is right down the road. It tasted relatively weak, and we could not taste any flavor at all that would make this a crème brûlée latte. Their food sounds good, but we didn’t try it.
