Located in the quiet old neighborhood near Folsom City Hall with plenty of parking space. Huge indoor and outdoor seating area. Very pretty ambience, bright and colorful, would make a great space for celebrations. My husband loved the chips but I thought they were too salty. Plenty of pastries to choose from. We didn’t have a big appetite, tried only a couple of pastries and chicken torta, they were good. Loved the French fries. Service was quick and friendly. We went to the restaurant just 30 minutes before they close, but the staff were sweet enough to accommodate us.

The music and the atmosphere offer an authentic Mexican restaurant vibe! Then again, it is a Mexican family-owned restaurant. The service is just right. Our server was efficient and didn’t mill around. He was friendly, offered options, and while it wasn’t busy on the Sunday afternoon we dined, he was still very proactive in his work. The food was delicious, but just a little heavy on the sauce, filling up the plate of enchiladas. We sat on the patio, which is next to a busy street, but separated by a sidewalk and nice landscaping. It’s a market, restaurant, and bakery. There was a bit of a musty smell upon entering the front doors. Not sure if it was just after cleaning though. I rarely give 5 stars and 4 is really high. I did like it here and still will be back.

Food was great. Service not so much. Never saw him since bringing the food until I was done. I had high hopes. Their jalapeño pineapple patron Margarita rimmed with tamarindo was good though. In addition, they have a bakery as well.

We looked for a good breakfast and lunch place with our two kids and boy am I glad we found this place on Google maps. Their hot horchata latte was amazing. I got a Bomba breakfast sandwich that was delicious and my wife got the Chilaquiles, our daughter got a kids burrito. All of the food was great. The kids also picked out some sprinkle Mexican cookies. They had conchas and pan dulce for sale as well as other amazing Mexican pastries. The decor was on point as well. Definitely recommend this spot if you love delicious Mexican cuisine.

This place is great. It’s intentional about the design with bright and playful colors but staying true to the Mexican aesthetic. I love it.

I’ve come here a couple times, and i even did my bridal brunch here. The food presentation is always great, and it tastes even better. This places so colorful and you always find something pretty to look at here. Their bakery side has really yummy treats, and their horchata is soooo good.

Took my brother and sister-in-law for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast plate (papa’s, eggs, bacon, and pancakes.) Ordered the pancakes churros style. So good and has such big portions. It sticks to your ribs and hits the spot, especially if you’re hungry. After went to browse the bakery for some bomb pan dulce and they don’t disappoint. a little bit of everything to taste the rainbow you can’t go wrong with pan dulce.

There’s literally nothing to complain about this delightful sit-down Mexican restaurant in Folsom. We came in for brunch to escape the heat and found a spacious, clean, and cool interior. The decorations are thoughtful, colorful, and fun. Our server was genuine and friendly. THE FOOD. Full of flavor and generous with portions. We ordered the chilaquiles, pozole, and horchata latte. The chilaquiles had to be the best we’ve had so far.
