First time there, I was recommended the brisket stuffed jalapeno poppers and they did not disappoint, I would definitely recommend them and also the sampler, it has everything on it and you will leave happily and full, the brisket special plate was also good!

I stopped by Briskets & Beer Smokehouse today around 10:30 AM for a dine-in meal and was really impressed. I ordered the Brisket Quesadilla and a Barbacoa Taco—both were well-cooked, flavorful, and I didn’t need any extra seasoning at all. You could really taste the quality in every bite.
The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was nicely presented. The staff were friendly and on point, making the whole experience smooth.
At $4.39 each, the portions were generous and well worth the price. You definitely get your money’s worth here.
They’re open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so it’s a great spot if you’re craving quality BBQ earlier in the day. I’ll definitely be back!

Ernie’s special was NOT a miss! Especially their sides! Brisket was cooked just right, the sauce is Smokey and sweet, sausages taste just as amazing!

The brisket seemed to be oven baked and not smoked, portion was small too… sides were okay, I had cream corn and potato salad… nothing amazing. Sausage tasted okay but was kinda rubbery. Service was good and servers were attentive… Atmosphere wasn’t too inviting… dining area was very dimly lit. The place used to be of better quality in previous years

Traveling in town for work and wanted to try their beef ribs. The ribs were tasty, and their coleslaw was excellent. Although I ordered my meal to go, the staff was also very polite. Well worth the visit if in the area.

This was my first time eating here. I had the brisket, beans and potato salad plate. This place gets really crowded during lunch time and the parking is not that great. So I would recommend getting here at 11:30 a.m. or at 1:30 p.m. if you plan on doing lunch. The brisket was tender enough to cut with a plastic fork. The beans tasted just like my homemade beans. I will definitely revisit this barbecue joint next time I go to Laredo!

A Laredo treasure. It is always a great idea to go eat here. Plenty of options to choose from. I am never disappointed.

I thought the brisket was going to be traditional smoked brisket but it had no bark. Just meat. Husband asked for moist brisket but it seemed like it was all lean.

Brisket was tasteless absolutely no flavor and more than likely is cooked in an oven.
The owner is very unprofessional he was blasting his phone next to the cash register. Also there is absolutely no parking anywhere.
