First time trying this place, and not going to lie, it’s was delicious. Ordered the Smoked Brisket Melt, The brisket was juicy and flavorful! Definitely going to try the brisket bites next time! Just wish the melt was a little bigger or more waffle fries but definitely a good eat and edition to the food carts.

Troutdale food carts! This cart has some delicious brisket and fun combinations. The most recent we tried was the brisket and gravy fries. Smothered and covered with delicious gravy and tender brisket pieces. I recommend adding some of the red sauce they have for your convenience on the counter of the food cart. We will definitely be back for more entrees to enjoy the food and excellent service. The gentleman who took our order was extremely kind and efficient and treated us like family. Wonderful experience overall!

I love brisket so was excited give them a try. We ordered the BBQ Brisket Bites, Brisket and Gravy Fries, and the Smoked Brisket Melt.
Unfortunately, our BBQ Brisket Bites were burnt and the Smoked Brisket Melt had very little filling, half of what was shown on the picture.
The Brisket and Gravy Fries were definitely the best out of the 3 items we tried.

These guys know what’s up! Brisket bites are huge, and amazing! The staff are always super friendly, and quick with a smile and joke. They even do punch cards! If you’re in the area, and need a good meal, please do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

I went to the Troutdale station location, I ordered the 6 pcs drumstick combo with waffle fries, definetly would get it again. Chicken skin was crispy with great flavor and the chicken itself was juicy and fell off the bone.

I so looked forward to my sandwich, having moved up here from Texas. I have not found a good 100% smoked brisket available through a restaurant. This gets 3 stars because 40% of my sandwich had fat. The meat was good, though. Fries are great.
I will try one more time and if fat can be trimmed, then I will buy another sandwich.

Ordered the smoked brisket melt and truffle fries. Food was amazing. Honestly the best restaurant brisket I’ve had so far in Portland, and I’m a Portland native.
Gentleman who was working that night was professional, and laid back.

I mean the food is just bland. My family tried the sandwich, the brisket and gravy, and the mashed potato bites. I actually returned the mash potato bites because it tasted like unseasoned potatoes from a box. I got the smothered fries. That was edible but not good. I would avoid this cart. There is better food to be had

Was honestly the worst BBQ I have had in town. The Brisket sandwich was expensive which you would expect but it was disrespectfully small and the Brisket was very sub par. It was kind of hard to finish because of how mediocre it was. The worker wasn’t overly rude but he wasn’t very nice and had no personality.

Waited over 45 minutes for my order when I specifically asked how long it was going to be, as I had ordered other food from other carts and was hoping to make it home in time to watch football. I was told 10 minutes. I understand that is just an estimate. however taking 4+ times that long is unacceptable. Now all my food is cold and I’m extremely late. It’s ruined my entire plan for the day. I don’t think I could return even if the food was 5 stars. I’m very very disappointed in this whole experience.
Please in the future just be honest about the time expectations.
