We stopped by Brioche by Guy Savoy looking for a nice warm dessert after a good meal. The exterior leaves much to be desired as it’s less a bakery or even small shop and something more along the lines of an airport “bakery” stand. They offer a number of items from coffee to pastries and more. We ordered the cinnamon and Nutella brioches expecting something at least a bit more refined, but nope. The brioches tasted a bit stale, maybe even day old. We did go later in the day so it’s possible they could have just been sitting there too long but even after some time in their oven to warm it up it still didn’t have any kind of soft texture. The sprinkles of cinnamon and sparsely spread out Nutella also don’t do much as you find yourself searching for more after every crumb of it you find in a bite. Maybe we came into this place with a bit more expectation than we should have but it was a bit of a let down, especially considering the price. We would recommend you look at this place as more of a grab and go spot than anything more akin to Dominique Ansel just down the hall.

First off, brioche was ok. Coffee was ok. Price of course was not consummate to the food quality, but whatever. It’s a 24/7 place for a quick bite on the strip.

What wasn’t ok was the service I received. I’ve been here before and never really had a memorable encounter or issue. Perhaps this staff member was overworked or underpaid. Either way, I do expect some degree of kindness, patience, humanity from someone in food service. Well, this cashier seemed to have a poor encounter with a previous customer and carried it on to me when I ordered. She insisted I ordered a certain number of items and was quite rude when I corrected her. As a customer, I know what I’m getting into when paying $20+ for what is likely $5-10 worth of items. But being treated poorly after a long day just irks me and is not part of the deal. Linda or whoever you are (name of the person on my receipt), thanks for nothing.

I don’t get the hate. I got both the Nutella brioche and blueberry brioche. They were both good but the Nutella one was better.

Did not hear me when I said the size nor did she ask or care. Nevertheless I told the guy it’s supposed to be a large, and he refused to upsize me, even though it was their mistake. Ridiculous prices! Not worth it. Bad customer service!!!!

Stood in line(only one waiting) while the two ladies gossiped with each other in the back. They came to the front saw me and continued on with their conversation while I stood there. Also, this place has automatic machines so “fine” coffee is incorrect.

This was the worst coffee/water I’ve had in Vegas. What a shame to spend $7 on coffee that was awful. Go to Mon Ami Gabi, great coffee. I learned my lesson to not buy at a small shop right inside the hotel. Guy Savoy should stop by so he can take his name off it! Terrible.

Best place for morning coffee and pastry. The house blend drip coffee is tastier than Starbucks’ coffee. Pastries are well made and pretty good for the Caesars Palace options. Ask them to warm up the pastries!

The chocolate croissant, the cinnamon-sugar brioche and the raisin brioche are the pastries I tried. I would get them all again!

Note that you will pay casino prices for the coffee ($5, $6, $7 for small, medium and large) and pastries. A bit more expensive than if you were off the strip. But overall, five ⭐.

2 chocolate, 1 plain croissant and an espresso cost $37 USD! The croissants were just average and the espresso was pretty good but not for that price. Disappointing and would definitely not recommend.

I love the quiche Lorraine here. However 2/3 through it, I found a large area of mold just below the surface and had to toss it.
