This Italian restaurant is fantastic! The cuisine is absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and perfectly cooked dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place for a casual meal or a special night out. Friendly staff and attentive service make the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Italian food.
Btw, they are open on Sunday while a lot of other restaurants near by are closed.

This meal was disappointing, which was frustrating given the high expectations.
I ordered the Gluten free filet mignon medium and requested mashed potatoes instead of the fingerlings. I wasn’t told they were out of mashed potatoes until the meal arrived, and the fingerlings were served instead. The fingerlings tasted burned, and the filet had a strong burned flavor on top, which made it unenjoyable. For a $52.99 dish with a very small portion size, this was especially disappointing.
I want to be clear that this was not the fault of our waitress, Ashley. She was kind, attentive, and doing her best during what was clearly a very challenging day. The restaurant was out of several items due to a shipment issue, and the kitchen seemed to be struggling overall.
I didn’t send the food back because the staff already appeared overwhelmed, but the experience still fell short. The ambiance was nice, but the food quality and communication were the main issues. Ashley handled a difficult situation professionally, and I appreciated her effort. I’m not sure if I would return.

This is my second time here. Not a huge fan of it. It comes off as a very fancy place, and the prices reflect that but the quality of food is what I’d expect at a family dinner place. Several of us got the same beef medallions and mine were way overcooked and others were still quite rare in the middle. Rather inconsistent. They gave us some bread prior to sitting down and wow that is nice. The bread was not very good and the butter was not very good butter. The lobster bisque was very good. It was sweet and creamy and had a great amount of spices. I would’ve preferred to just have another bowl of the lobster bisque for my main course.

The restaurant is quite large with plenty of seating options. The location is perfect around the corner from the City Creek mall.
The food was amazing, plan on $30 per person without drinks.
The music was nice and light making conversations easy.

This was our first visit. We chose this restaurant because of the good rating, but unfortunately our experience was not what we expected.
The lamb chops were very salty and burnt, and the mashed potatoes were cold. The drink I ordered didn’t taste right and the replacement was never brought.
The restaurant wasn’t busy, but everything took a long time, including the check. It seemed like there was simply not enough staff.
I hope the restaurant improves the service in the future.

I had such a great dining experience, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service from our waitress. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure our drinks were always filled. She managed to balance attentiveness with giving us space to enjoy our meal, which isn’t always easy. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly elevated the entire experience. Restaurants need more people like her! Alexandra was our waitress! really the sweetest!

We had a group on 7 on Saturday night and had made reservations. We were seated pretty quickly and had a fantastic server. It was a short wait for drinks and she was so prompt about taking our orders.
The bread is amazing, it comes out warm and delicious! Food was huge portions and very flavorful. I had the chicken Milanese and it was enough for two meals. Parking is easy with all the parking garages at City Creek. Overall we had a fantastic experience at Brio and next time we have a celebration as a group, this will be a top contender!

We really enjoyed our evening here. The entire staff was nice but our server, Elizabeth, was outstanding. She gave us great suggestions and made sure everything was OK and did everything possible to make it better! She is an excellent employee.

We visited early December with our dog and they were very welcoming to us. They accommodated to our situation and we are very grateful to our server Jose who made sure we had a great experience. The food was amazing and it was exactly what we needed during our long roadtrip. Jose, thank you for the wonderful service and my dog says thank you as well! Dined in here on Christmas Day, and I’m so glad we chose this restaurant for dinner! Alexandra was both the hostess and our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing—sweet, pleasant, and so patient while running the front and taking care of customers at their tables. You could tell she was working hard, and she still made everyone feel welcomed and taken care of.
Huge shoutout to the chefs in the back, too—being open and delivering great food on Christmas is no small thing, but everything was excellent. The drinks and food were truly 10/10.
