5 of us went here on a busy Sunday. We had made reservations, so we were seated right away when we arrived. The staff here are all AMAZING. They work very well together. That food was DELICIOUS. The decor and feel are very Authentic when you think of and American Italian family restaurant. You also have a full view of the kitchen which is cool. I had ordered the Vodka pasta and never realised it had an ingredient I didn’t want. They went above and beyond to make it right. Even the manager came over personally. Truly TOP NOTCH service. I shall return.

Very nice, perfectly lit place for dinner with family. The service, considering our large party, was pretty good. The food, in my opinion, was a bit salty and others agreed, even though we all had something different. All in all the food was decent, not bad by any means. Brio sells you on ambiance and service. It was my first and last time in this restaurant. Personally, I am a little more critical than others, since I am a chef and have worked in Italian restaurants; really Italian. I went with very good expectations since it is a restaurant that looks high class and its prices are not cheap. My group was 12 people, we were attended by a server named Michelle or something like that since we hardly even saw her. He took our order and our drinks and after that the time for the first drinks and appetizers was literally gone, after that the chaos started. We asked her for drinks again and her response was to wait for the main dishes to arrive and I’ll bring you the drinks, the dishes arrived and she forgot my drinks, I personally stopped at the table to look for my drinks and cheese for the pasta. no one gave me an answer the drinks took approx 20 minutes to get to the table. I personally ordered a fettuccine pasta with lobster and shrimp, the presentation was disgusting, the taste didn’t even have lobster, it only had part of a claw and it was undercooked, the fettuccine was overcooked. the cost $36 for that dish, for which you could pay $5 for its poor quality. I really do not recommend this place, personally I will not return.

This place has once again exceeded my expectations and proves that this place is great for multiple occasions. This time I went to Brio for a company party and I was once again blown away by the food and service. Our waitress was Madison and she was fantastic! She was very attentive and accommodating and great at taking pictures. She made sure to cater to everyone’s wants and needs and I appreciated that about her. The food was exceptional, from the Cesar salad to the chicken parmesan to the tiramisu.

The scenery of the restaurant is gorgeous, and their Silician spaghetti with shrimp is literally the ! Although I wouldn’t really recommend the mango iced tea. Overall, it is an impeccable service and perfect for special occasions.
