I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Brinton Bistro, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is amazing, especially since it’s located inside a museum, which adds a unique and cultured vibe to the meal. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and the entire staff exuded professionalism, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The chefs here clearly take immense pride in their cooking, and it shows in every bite. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and not only was the dish visually stunning as it arrived at our table, but the flavors were absolutely phenomenal. Each component of the meal was perfectly executed, showcasing the chef’s dedication to quality and taste.

While the prices are a bit on the higher side, considering the rising costs of inflation, I found the price to be well worth it for the quality of food and overall dining experience. I highly recommend the Brinton Bistro to anyone looking for a memorable meal in a fantastic setting. Five stars all the way!

The food was good, which is why this is a two star rating and not a one star. They didn’t have the salmon, they didn’t have dessert, and the service was HORRIBLE. A shame to see such an excellent restaurant go to crap.

A few short years ago I often ate here for the all you could eat brunch buffet. It was about $18. I was just about to go and here, but decided to look at the menu and to my dismay a single lox bagel off the menu is $26. I could go get a cheaper lox bagel is New York City right now. This is place is great for the millionaires that live around here, unfortunately common folk not so much. I won’t be eating here ever again.

This is definitely a place you should go for lunch. The views are breathtaking and we had the best service. Chelsey was exceptional.

Lovely brunch a few Sundays ago. Lunch as a little more miss as many of the items on the sandwich were missing(tomato, lettuce, lemon mayo and pickled onions) If listed in the menu it should be on the sandwich. They did give us a dessert to compensate for the miss. I was very appreciative of that. I will return and hope their attention to their plates is consistent.

A beautiful venue with wonderful food and attentive staff! We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here and could not have been happier. Would highly recommend working with Jaron to plan your event.

Currently the best lunch/breakfast spot on the east side of the Bighorns. Well worth the drive out from Sheridan or elsewhere. Gorgeous space with quiet country views. Food is good to excellent depending on what you get. Staff is experienced and proficient. Their hours can be a little unpredictable, but they are currently one of the only good sit-down restaurants open in the area for Monday lunch.

Surprisingly great food and service for such a remote location. The menu has a really interesting and varied cuisine. Great beer and wine options. The atmosphere is unbelievable at the base of the big horns in one of the most interesting architectural achievements in Sheridan.

Food is overpriced for what it really is. There isn’t anything special about it. Service wasn’t the best I had to stand up and get most of the things I needed. Highchair, crayons, water, I moved my chair to make room for the hair chair and they never took it away. There were only 4 tables but maybe they were low staffed? I try to be understanding but we didn’t even get a smile from our server. There was one gal with red hair who wasn’t our server that helped a lot. So she’s the only reason I gave an extra star on service.
