The birthday dinner was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodations provided were truly exceptional and enhanced the evening significantly. We decided to indulge in the date night board, which was a superb choice. It was a truly memorable occasion for all involved. We highly recommend this venue for special celebrations.

Excellent! So grateful to have been able to celebrate our 15 year anniversary here. Everything was on point. From the moment we arrived, the valet, the host, our waitress Tina, the beverages, and the food! Amazing! Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to try another steakhouse- but wow. Brinkley’s is so much more than just another steakhouse. It’s a full experience from start to finish.

The ambiance was upscale, elegant, and absolutely immaculate, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive. You can tell right away that they care about every detail.

We started with the Wagyu Tasting Board, and that alone set the tone for an incredible date night. It comes with several cuts of Wagyu and a Blackstone so you can season and cook the meat yourself- such a fun, interactive, and delicious experience. Honestly, it was a highlight on its own.

For the main, my girlfriend and I shared the 40oz tomahawk and a lobster tail. Both came out exactly as requested and were phenomenal. The steak (we ordered medium) was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked- it genuinely didn’t need butter or extra seasoning. It was outstanding on its own.

My girlfriend travels frequently for work and has tried high-end steakhouses all over the country, and even she said this is her new favorite steakhouse, which says a lot.

I also have to mention the lobster- perfectly seasoned, tender, and a very generous portion. And if your partner loves taking food photos like mine does, Brinkley’s absolutely delivers on presentation. Every plate that came out looked picture-perfect.

We left seriously impressed and already talking about our next visit. I cannot wait to go back!

The dishes and drinks were beautifully presented and everything we ordered tasted great. The lobster initially came out cold, but the staff handled it well and quickly brought out a new one at the proper temperature, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the seating arrangement took away from the experience. The table we were given was so close to the one next to us that another guest’s back kept hitting our table. For a dinner that totaled a little over $500, I’ve expected a more comfortable and spacious ambiance. A bit more room between tables would have made the evening feel much more enjoyable.

Brinkley’s is GREAT for special occasions because the service is absolutely top notch. Nothing will spoil a birthday/anniversary celebration like crummy service and that has never happened when I’ve dined at Brinkley’s.

My steak was good but not great, I would skip the suggested “char” in the future… it gave an unpleasant bitterness to portions of the steak. The potato croquette is a great side and I strongly recommend it.

Extremely disappointing for a $450 meal.

The dry-aged steak neither smelled nor tasted dry-aged and was barely seasoned. Ironically, the least expensive steak on the table was noticeably better. The risotto was overwhelmed by scalded peppers and corn and tasted more like a confused rice pilaf. The pork chop was poorly seasoned and buried under citrus that felt like it was there to hide the lack of flavor. Dessert missed the mark entirely. The banana split used underripe bananas, which is hard to excuse.

Service was the one bright spot. Staff were polite, attentive, and food arrived in a reasonable time.

At this price point, the food quality should be exceptional. Instead, it felt closer to Logan Roadhouse execution at fine-dining prices. This meal fell well short of expectations.

I’m excited to share about what went well when I decided, unexpectedly, to have dinner at Brinkley’s Chophouse, while in Augusta on business. I can tell you that from the moment I valet parked my car during a busy Thursday evening at SRP ball park, to how quickly I found a seat at the bar, the service from the two very professional bartenders who sparked interesting conversation while providing superb service and the rest of the staff who made my entire meal experience feel like I was watching a well rehearsed ballet. The restaurant was busy but not crowded and had a nice buzz and ambiance about the place, not too loud and not too quiet. My caprese watermelon salad, 16 ounce Duck Fat Delmonico, and chocolate dessert were all excellent and the steak cooked to perfection and accompanied by a tasty vegetable risotto. The meal was coursed out in a properly timed delivery sequence and Sean, the manager, stopped by to check on me and my experience. I will definitely be back and bring my friends. Oh, and when I left to retrieve my car from the valet, they were prompt and courteous, which we need more of this day and age. It’s well worth the drive across the bridge from Augusta to experience Brinkley’s Chophouse, if I could give it six stars instead of five I would, it was that good!!!

The service was solid, with an attentive and knowledgeable waiter who made great recommendations. From the special menu, we decided on the prime porterhouse steak. While I was excited to try it based on the waiter’s suggestion, it turned out to be a disappointment—overcooked, served cold, and ultimately dry. On the bright side, the Australian Wagyu was phenomenal, bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. Honestly, I wish we had ordered more Wagyu instead of the porterhouse.

The diver scallops with cauliflower puree and artichoke were delightful, while the beef tartare with bone marrow fell flat—it lacked flavor and didn’t meet expectations. Desserts were a mixed experience; both the bread pudding and tiramisu tasted good, but the small serving size of the tiramisu, given its price, was disheartening.

The atmosphere was ok—it was overly dark, and the restaurant was filled with smoke, which made ventilation an issue. Unfortunately, we left smelling like smoke. Overall, the food had highs and lows, but the standout service would keep me considering another visit.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was good at first, but once the temperament of the waitress shifted the entire atmosphere was changed.

The waitress we had snatched a plate from my sisters hand, tried to convince our party to order more food multiple times, tried to convince our party to order drinks (also multiple times), and by the end of the meal had a disrespectful attitude.

The atmosphere was great when our reservation began at 8:30PM. THEN, around 9:30PM a worker began sweeping… that is to be expected at my local Mexican restaurant but not at a Chop House with high prices.

Our waiter Neil was excellent. It was my first time at this restaurant and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and patient with us. Everything was a great serving size and the steak was the most tender I’ve had in the area. Money well spent honestly.
