(hours have changed since this post) I don’t drink coffee but their boost drinks are great. I’ve tried green apple, watermelon, raspberry, and strawberry. I like their tangy flavor. Finally had their breakfast sandwich on croissant with sausage – it was good. Have yet to try their lunch options.

Caramel Latte and a fresh made breakfast burrito hit the spot. Coffee prices are half of the big chains. The service is what you’d expect in a small town, welcoming and friendly.

Went in for a coffee on a Sunday after church. Great little seating area that would be nice to sit and visit with a friend. Quick service, and a great cup of coffee. It was nice to be able to have a sugar free option.

I live in Colorado and am in Cambridge a few times a year to visit family. Unfortunately, they have had a number of coffee shops over the years that I have tried to support, but none of them made a go of it. I have been struggling with where to go for my morning latte … Bishop Hill, Geneseo, Kewanee. All have good options, but none as convenient as Cambridge. Briggs Bistro is fabulous … the space, the coffee, the oat milk, the service, EVERYTHING. Please support. I didn’t have any food, but will tomorrow!
