Absolutely delightful bagels! I can see why they were almost sold out shortly after noon. I really enjoyed the chew of the bagel and how much cream cheese was piled betwixt the two perfectly toasted sides. I’ll have to try a sandwich of some variety next time, and I can’t wait to try all the other bagel flavors. I got a blueberry French toast one to go and even though that flavor is very much not my speed I still enjoyed it

Old school bagel shop. Opens the earliest of all the area shops. Extremely tasty, nice sized bagels. They have a few unique varieties. Several times I am literally the first person to call and place my order before the crack of dawn. The staff is always pleasant… Even at that hour. My order is always ready and waiting with no need to check it. This joint has tons of regulars. Everytime I go here, I am always amazed at how everyone knows each other.

Worth the trip of you are anywhere in the general area. Small place with a good sized menu. Bagels are delicious but get here early less your favorite bagel is already sold out. And yes, they’re that good! Perfect for sandwiches or cream cheese you really can’t go wrong. Everything bagel/PEC/SPC for a experience your taste buds will never forget. Been coming here since I was a kid and I always make sure to stop by when I’m in the area

The other reviews about the insanely rude woman in the front is super validating.
I went in with a coworker and an adult with special needs and she was shockingly rude from the moment we stepped in about what table we chose to sit at and asking for a minute to decide what to order. When I told her I wasn’t ready to order and to take care of the other customer first, she said “how long does it take to figure out what to order?” Uhhhh what??
I was too turned off to get anything, which didn’t matter bc she never asked me what I wanted and instead shook the bag of my group’s food at me to pay. I asked her what the problem was, and that we were clearly here taking care of someone and we needed time to figure out our order. She said “well I’m trying to clean and do things too”
To add hilarity to the situation, each table has a sign on it to outline “bagel etiquette” to customers which is an actual rant written by the 5 year old “el jefe” of the place.

FINALLY, a bagel shop that knows how to make an everything bagel. the other bagel shops around here look like they store plain bagels underneath everything bagels then give you the plain bagels with minimum everything bagel seasoning. Well, not brielle bagels, they’re not gonna cheap out on the everything bagel seasoning. I love everything bagels and I love brielle bagels.

Ok this is a first for me … being criticized by the cashier for having the sheer audacity to take 2 menus … these are black and white menus done on a copier … the surly woman never even looked me in the eye and said “are you going to spread them around they cost us a lot of money.” What the hell. I’ve been going here a long time but never again. I am so sick of bad customer service and will not go back to places where my business is not appreciated. This place has so many bad reviews I don’t know how they stay in business. I dumped the menus on an outside table. Never see you again BB.

I have never been treated more poorly… The older blonde woman was so nasty/rude that we actually walked out without purchasing anything – and when I said, this is no way to do business… Her reply was…whatever!

Growing up in Manasquan, this was my go-to bagel haunt. I loved this place, and I have so many memories of waiting in line on weekend mornings for a hot and fresh bagel.
I visited the Shore for Christmas, and I decided to show my Midwestern fiancé the magic of this place. As always, I was charmed by the vibe and blown away by the chewy, fresh bagels. He, of course, loved Brielle Bagels. We ended up taking 4 bagels to go, so that we could guarantee a delicious bagel breakfast the following morning.
So glad to see that this is still THE SPOT for Jersey bagels.
