Lively kitchen for Nepalese classics served in homey, colorful surrounds.

This was my first time at this Nepalese restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! I had white rice with two types of chicken—both were delicious, but one was even better than the other. The lentils had a rich curry flavor, and the vegetables on the side were super tasty. I also tried a pork roll and a vegetable roll with a slightly sweet sauce that enhanced the flavors even more. Everything was truly delicious! I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves trying new foods full of authentic flavors from different countries.

Located in the heart of Northside, this casual restaurant offers homestyle Nepalese food and a relaxed atmosphere. We have been visiting this location since last 6 years and we love almost everything on the menu but our absolute favourite are the chicken chowmein. The vegetarian version of the chowmein comes loaded with veggies. They are the perfect amount of spicy and have a great smoky flavor that makes them unique. The momo varieties are also very good. I am just not a big fan of their samosa. Very different flavor than what I am used to. Almost everything comes out pretty quick. But if you are in a rush and want a hearty meal you can always get their bowls. The service has always been good. If you are in the area definitely check it out.

This place was extremely quick to get your food. You get to pick what you want right in front of you and get to eat it within seconds after. It’s very reasonably priced.
They are also very allergy conscious and don’t use nuts. I got the aromatic chicken which was very good with some white rice and mixed veggies.
I’d definitely recommend going to this place. They even have an outside dining area which is very spacious

The basmati bowl with mild tikka masala, peas, and lentils was great. The pan-seared pork pot stickers were good, too. I recommend the frosty cold milky Chai, and the naan to sop up the sauces your dumplings leave behind. My only complaint is that each item was probably two dollars more than you would pay in a competitive Indian restaurant for their serving sizes–but, this was the bustling Northside area, so I get it. Besides, when I heard the price of $32 for just me, I didn’t wince. I could already smell the food.
The bathroom is clean, and the rear patio is quite private. It is on one the coolest blocks in Cinci, in my opinion.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food, clean and comfortable environment. This place was recommended by our b&b host. We walked in during Saturday lunch time. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and attentively explained each item, including prep time, with much detail and enthusiasm. We sat ourselves at the back patio, as the staff recommended. The area was nice and shaded with a cool breeze. It was thoughtful of them to supply insect repellent for each table although fortunately it was not needed at this time of the day. We really liked the music (progressive house/deep house?). The atmosphere was relaxing. Among all the dishes we ordered, our favorite was the chicken Momo (steamed). They have frozen momos you can take home if you like their food! Parking is paid street parking. We easily found a parking spot near the restaurant during the time of our visit.
Edit:
Came back for dinner on the same day. Found free street parking in the neighborhood. Slightly busier than lunch but plentiful seatings. We sat inside this time. Everyone kept their volume at a respectful level. I really enjoyed the rice bowl combo I got! The streamed pork mono reminded me of Xiao long bao; The jhol that came with the Momo reminded me of Tom Yom soup with cilantro. Both were good as well!

Amazing find. I had the chicken chowmein and loved it. I had the mild sauce and it was just spicy enough for me – I have a super low tolerance though so deff get hotter if you’re into that. My brother got the mo and that was amazing too. Between me and my family we all go the whole menu and it was all delicious. Can’t go wrong. The frozen chai was also good. Loved the atmosphere also.

I had best experience here especially with food. The food is great, service is amazing and atmosphere is good. Some perks…
1. You can build your rice bowl with options. I like vegetable options here. Tastes amazing. Chicken is good too. I had rice bowl with chicken tikka masala and two types of lentil soup 50/50 and with fried veggies. Also had spicy sauce (they have mild sauce too, and the sauces are good). Also had cilantro, onion and chilli as toppings. The vow tastes really good and I really enjoyed it.
2. They have draft beers too of 4-5 types including Rhinegeist.
3. They have chicken Momo’s too and other options too.
4. Noodles are good too.
5. They have like good amount of searing capacity considering the location. Seems like less tables on front but they have more tables and outside seating at the back. The outside seating is really good, tall trees around and feels cozy in there. You will feel like sitting in forest even with few tall trees.
6. Costs about $25 for single person for full rice bowl and a beer.

If you haven’t had the Momos from Bridges, you’re doing Cincinnati wrong. These Nepali dumplings are life-changing, specifically the pan fried chicken ones with that spicy tomato garlic sauce. I crave them weekly. The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff is always so welcoming, often giving samples if you can’t decide. It’s fresh, authentic, and easily one of the best meals you can get in the city for under $20. 10/10!

Bridges is by far my favorite restaurant! I’m from out of town but make it a priority to stop here every time I’m in town and order as many momos as I possibly can. The bowls are so filling and so delicious, the staff are so helpful to describe the flavors and the foods available. The pan seared veggie momos are my favorite, I often order an order with my meal and then take an order for the road because I cannot be without them. The samosas are so well executed. The amount of flavor and love that goes into the filling is a wonderful surprise compared to your standard samosa. If I lived in Northside I would eat here 3 meals a day.
