First time here tonight and I was super pleased. The atmosphere is comfortable. Its got great service. I love how all the servers/bartenders worked the whole place as a team. Staff were super friendly and made sure our drinks were topped off. The food was great! Me and mine got burgers and they were amazing. I will definitely be going back soon.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and pull tabs. All the staff was so much fun and made us feel welcome! My brother and I felt very comfortable and loved the atmosphere of the whole place. We did not eat but will definitely be back to try the food, this place rocks!!

Absolutely terrible service. Not just this time, but the previous times we’ve gone there as well. Our group has vowed to never go back again. Let’s just focus on tonight’s experience. We showed up, never saw a waitress/server for approximately 30min. When we did see her, we had to order drinks with our food. Then our beers were forgotten from the rest of the drinks coming out…TWICE. Shortly after the Soup spritzer came out to the table. So cold it was thick as mashed potatoes, and the breadstick was so cold, stale and hard it could have been used as a weapon to hunt our dinner faster than we received it from the kitchen. Then about 25 min later the other appetizer of Duck wontons came out. Then our patience and hunger was teased when the kitchen staff brought out the wrong tables food and served it to us, and proceeded to argue that it IS our order even if some stuff isn’t right. Fortunately we were able to get it to the right table behind us. Then we WAITED again and again. Thank god there was a band playing good music tonight, because I think it’s the only reason we suffered it out waiting for our food. We then (sorta) got our food, 1hr 47min later….we were missing one of the kids chicken strip meals, the poor guy had to ask to share with another kid while we waited. Every other meal was served cold, not warm, room temp cold. The loaded baked potato comes with the toppings on the side, and the cheese was wilted/half melted from sitting under a warming light so long. My meal was missing my side of fries but it was charged on the bill, my wife received the wrong wrap, our table had ordered a medium rare steak, recieved a hockey puck well done, and lastly cold Alfredo. Our poor experience was brought up a couple different times, nothing was done for it. We will never come back. Halfway service, and halfway complete food should be means a halfway paid bill. It’s a shame someone can’t seem to straighten that place out, because it’s a fairly nice looking place, with good seating, and a unique location.

We had a party of 6 for Valentine’s Day dinner with a 6:30 reservation. The initial seating was very good and we were greeted promptly at the door. From that point on, the dinner and experience went down hill. We were all brought our water glasses and ordered our meals. Upon ordering, we were informed that they were out of their Prime rib and were substituting Rib eye for it, understood. They were also out of Caesar dressing, ok. At this point we had our first waitress change. I noticed that waitress counting out her tips and that was the last we saw of her.
At least an hour had gone by before any one came by again, our water glasses were all empty by then. We asked for a refill. 15 minutes later we asked again. Finally, a new waitress showed up with two pitchers of water.
A new waitress showed up and informed us that they were out of baked potatoes. We changed to au gratin. Just before we received our meal we heard there was only one lobster tail left. More time went by and finally dinner started showing up. My wife had their 25 dollar shrimp scampi. The plate came with 6 cold shrimp and no butter sauce at all. They also forgot to bring her potato. My dinner finally showed up and here is the review.
The steak was grisele.
Bake potato was hot but one of the sour creams was spoiled.
No butter came with the meal.
They forgot to bring the mushrooms I ordered on the side, never did receive those.
I had asked for some garlic salt on the side. I had to ask three more times before that arrived.
My wife’s potato’s never did arrive.
Those that did receive their au gratin potato’s couldn’t eat them due to excessive hot pepper seasoning in them.
Other people at the table had similar problems.
They took $6.00 off for forgetting the potato’s.
We didn’t get out of there until 9:30

Gary and I would love to thank Heather and the entire staff at Bridge Tavern for having us out last night to play music for Ladies’ Night! What a great crowd and a fabulous staff!!! The purse raffle was a great hit! We sincerely enjoyed the entire evening!!!

The owner is pretty good and does his job but the employees did pretty shitty went there for my 1st time to have food and drinks we waited for over a hour to get our food and wasn’t busy at all and then my tab was bigger than what it was suppose to be because a employee added there meal to our tab and was really rude and didn’t really seem to care about losing out on customers…

Good stop for lunch! Service was fast. Good variety of sandwiches and burgers, had an Octoberfest special, too. Fun decorations set up for Halloween were a hit with my kids. Clean dining area.

Came in for first time since the change of hands to have a quick bite on our way home. Service was OK, food was good; however, one of the staff members was obnoxiously loud and fouled mouth. I think I heard the “F” word 50+ times in the hour we were there. The owner/manager (???) did NOTHING about it and the other patrons were not phased at all by it. We did not come in to listen to filth. Is this what this establishment has become??? We will NOT be back again, much better places to go in nearby Crosby.

We waited over an hour for our food w/ little kids. When brought up to them we were given complete attitude. When the food did come out it wasn’t cooked correctly, was all cold & my 3yr old son’s food was missed & was so hungry he started eating off everyone else’s food. So we had to wait even longer! Once brought to our server’s attention about all the issues we were avoided & then only given only $6 off for all cold food!
