Good breakfast, small hiccups but it was due to new staff being trained (we all have a 1st day, have to start somewhere! ❤️). The breakfast toast was very salty, and poached eggs were not runny. We let the waitress know, and they quickly fixed it. I ordered the French toast and bacon instead of breakfast toast, which was very good. I usually prefer bacon a bit crispier, but it was very yummy. My husband said that their hash browns are the best he has had in his whole life. Thank you Bridge Bistro! Our family is visiting from out of town in March, we will definitely be bringing them to have a meal with yous! ☺️

My family and I had dinner here last night and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the 5 layer dip and 1/2 chicken he couldn’t stop raving about how good it was, my toddler had the chicken Alfredo and devoured it. I had the goat cheese ball, the catch of the day which was trout with a white wine, chive cream sauce, mushrooms and shredded vegetables patties, it was mouthwatering and delicious. to finish dinner off we had the sticky toffee carrot cake (because another review recommended it) and it was just as insane as they described. We were visiting from out of town and this was by far our best meal, not to mention the view was beautiful. When we come back we will definitely be eating here again.

Had an amazing experience at Bridge Bistro! I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. To top it off, they surprised me with a free dessert for my birthday, which was just as wonderful. The food, the atmosphere, and the thoughtful gesture made it a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

The food was really good. We definitely recommend the duck wings! All the food was enjoyable and fresh.
The service, however, was fantastic. Our server was attentive all evening and very friendly, and when we started our walk back to the hotel, my wife realized she had forgot her purse so turned around only to find that one of the servers had got on her bike in hot pursuit of us to return it. Top notch.
Keep up the good work, guys. We will be back!

I ordered the pork tenderloin bowl and it was so flavorful and well put together. My bf had a burger and it tasted just as amazing, juicy and cooked perfectly. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. would definitely come back here.

Came here with my parents and our 2 year old, decent place right off the highway. We weren’t impressed with the wait time. Took 45-1hr to get our food. When we did get our food all the dishes came out except for our toddlers pancakes. After waiting 15 more minutes for the pancakes we asked the server where they were. We received a rude dismissive answer about how they might be “a minute or maybe more than a minute.” and then promptly walked away.
When we asked for a discount on the meal that was and explained how our 2 year old was needing to eat something we were met with more excuses and rude responses never getting an apology or explanation as to what was happening.
I think this place could be great but our service and food expierence was sub par at best.

Dinner was delicious and their carrot cake sticky toffee pudding was unreal. Best dessert I’ve had in quite a while (so much so that I may need another before we depart Fernie…)

As a group of 4 we stopped for brunch and 2 of us had the breakfast bacon and eggs with hash browns. These had to be the worst we have ever had. I don’t know what that green stuff was that they drizzled on them but it just made horrible worse. At the price point you charge for everything on your menu how you could send this to a table is beyond me. I guess the only good part was the waitress was very nice .
