I’m not sure what happened to the days of when a restaurant screwed up, they would take accountability and actually do something to make it right. Today was my first visit to Bricktops Palm Beach. 1. The server forgot to bring an Iced tea. 2. The server forgot to bring our appetizer, lobster bisque. 3. The server did not bother to check in with us to see if everything was to our liking or if we needed anything else. In my day as a server this was LAW, we called it 2 bites 2 minutes. After food is delivered, check on the guest. Never happened so I wasn’t able to get another OJ with my brunch, which I must say was delicious. Yes I did talk to management and received a sorry. I like ending on a positive, the food was excellent. Apps: deviled eggs and lobster bisque, we finally received it in the middle of our entree. Pecan waffle and croque monsieur. Food 5 star, service 1 star. Just a suggestion, with so many options in town, take care of your guest and make them want to come back even if you screw up.

BrickTop’s has a beautiful atmosphere and a great location in Palm Beach. The valet team and hostesses are always friendly and welcoming. We usually enjoy sitting outside on the patio, but since it was cold this time, we dined inside, which felt a bit dark.
The food was very good overall. The meat was cooked to the correct temperature, and the baked potato was really delicious, though it came with sour cream despite our request to have it without. We tried the Caesar salad, Prime Strip, Prime Rib, and Steak Frites. Everything was enjoyable except the fries with the Steak Frites, which were overcooked and inedible. Our server, Amanda247, started off a bit cold but warmed up and ultimately provided good service. That said, both the service and kitchen could use more attention to detail.
Overall, we like this place and enjoy coming here.

We enjoyed our first visit here while in the area for business. We would have liked to see more vegetarian and vegan options in the menu but the chef modified the tacos and added cauliflower to make them vegan. Their roasted artichoke appetizer is delicious as well. The server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

A group arrived about 30 minutes after we did without a reservation and, after standing near the host stand for a bit, was seated before us. Another walk in party was also skipped ahead of us, which was frustrating and left a poor first impression, enough to make me hesitant about coming back. On top of that, our bartender came across as rude and kept giving my wife dirty looks.
Aside from those issues, BrickTops was great overall. I highly recommend making a reservation, as we ended up waiting over an hour. My wife ordered the meatloaf and I had the steak frites. The food and drinks were great but service was not on par.

A poor Bo got to hang with the ultra rich! And it was delicious! This restaurant is beautiful in a great location with indoor and outdoor seating. Amanda was a great server. Devil eggs were delicious ( and had a hint of sweet) My roast beef sandwich was stuffed with meat . Meat loaf was crazy. The desserts were amazing. My cookie is cooked fresh for me and peppermint ice cream was a great combo. Shrimp was outstanding. Onion rings were not that good

My husband,my son and I were visiting Palm Beach for the first time. We thought this was a nice place, but didn’t know much beforehand. When we arrived, no reservation, they offered us a 30-min wait-time. We decided to have a stroll in the meantime, and literally between 5 to 10 minutes after they called us back. The receptionist was super kind and friendly. The food was delicious and super high-quality. The cherry on top was that we came to celebrate my 6-year-old boy’s birthday, we ordered a piece of chocolate cream cake with a candle, which they put together especially, and then they didn’t charge it! They made it a gift for him. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you BrickTop’s!

Bricktop’s in West Palm Beach is a really nice spot. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and I appreciated that they offer outside dining. I chose to sit inside to enjoy a cooler experience on a warm evening. Even though I was dressed casually in shorts, I felt completely comfortable and was well taken care of by the attentive staff. For my meal, I ordered the Ahi Tuna, and it was really good—a perfect and sumptuous way to end the night.

The booth sitting was tight, and it was a very noisy atmosphere. However, the apps..shrimp cocktail and deviled eggs with bacon delish! The entrees were done to perfection! A tavern burger, filet mignon, tuna tartare, meatloaf with the sides all delicious!
Our server was always there bringing us drinks, and checking in.
We took our dessert to go as our meal was filling♡
We also had a nut allergy at our table, so we were told they took precautions with preparation of meals.
The valet service and hostess were just as attentive!

A very nice, beautifully decorated little restaurant with a great outdoor area, although they don’t have many vegan or vegetarian options they customize some dishes for us that were delicious, I definitely recommend the grilled artichoke
