The food is fantastic, the staff was amazing. Family friendly atmosphere, and somehow also a great date night spot. As for food not one person has complaint. Delicious appetizers and good drinks. I will be coming here again and again. Highly recommended.

We came here for a family dinner. We were seated right away. Our waitress was fantastic, very friendly. The crispy Brussel sprouts were awesome and loaded with bacon. The goat cheese with blackberries spread and fresh bread was amazing!, but give it a minute to cool. For dinner we had a pepperoni pizza, rueben pizza, brick mac pizza, margherita pizza and chicken and artichoke pizza. All of them were very good but the brick mac the best. Cant wait to go back to try some different ones.

I love their brick oven pizzas. The crust is perfect and the flavors vary from traditional to unique. You can also have two flavors on one pizza and try different flavors. It is really great.

Had a great dinner at this place tonight. Our first time here but we had heard about some of their dishes from friends. We started with their pepper dip appetizer and then shared the short rib entree and a mushroom pizza. Together it was too much for the two of us and we have 3 boxes of leftovers. The food was great, seriously. The short rib melts in the mouth. The pepper dip was spicy but not crazy, very tasty. The thin crust pizza was also excellent, maybe a bit more goat cheese than it needed but easy to knock off the extra. Great selection of draft beers too. Our server was very friendly and our food came out much quicker than I expected. Overall, a great time and we’ll be back there soon to try some of their other food.

Highly recommend! From the pizza to the service to the beer, this is a great place. We ordered pizza and calzones and both were excellent. Would definitely return if not “out of towners”. The service was also incredible with a couple of different people asking us how the food was. It’s obvious they take a ton of pride in their food and the experience of their patrons. Well done!

This place had really good,authentic New York pizza! We had the stuffed banana peppers and they were outta this world. The selection of beer and wine was exponentially excellent. Definitely worth stopping in for a pie.

We went to Niagara Falls for the weekend and were on our way back home when we decided that we wanted to see if we could get “New York Pizza” in Buffalo. We don’t have NY pizza where we live so it was something we were hoping to do before we passed the NY border. Brick Oven Bistro hands down has some of the best pizza we have EVER had. Also, I am gluten free so I had a separate pizza apart from my family. It’s also so hard to find gf food at restaurants, let alone some that taste really good. Again, hands down the BEST pizza I’ve ever had since learning about my gluten allergy. This will be a great memory to end our trip and if we ever drive back this way, we agreed that we will definitely stop by again.

Visited Brick Oven Bistro for the first time recently. My husband and I ordered 1 French onion soup, 1 house salad, and 1 pizza special to share for dinner. We enjoyed our food a lot but we thought the atmosphere could use some improvement. The French onion soup was classic and very good, and we loved the white balsamic dressing on the house salad (it had hints of garlic). The pizza special (chicken fajita) was flavorful and we liked the medium-thin crust.
However, we were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the side-door (close to the bar) and our meal was continuously disrupted by the freezing winter air that blew in as guests entered/exited the restaurant. This occurred nearly every 10 minutes and was very uncomfortable. Also, our server did not stop over to ask how we liked our meals and it was tough to get our waters refilled. The lighting in this half of the restaurant seemed too dark compared to the front half.
Overall I would return for the food and reasonable prices, but I would not have high expectations in regards to service/atmosphere.
