Our first visit to Broken Bow of course we had to try the local legend Brick & Bread! Wow were we impressed!! The deviled eggs are packed with flavor, as well as the seasonal fresh soup we got. My favorite was the turkey melt, Unbelievably delicious! Love that they have a fresh scratch kitchen, no processed foods, and the soda alternatives are fantastic. Also features a very spacious outdoor patio.
Warm, inviting space thoughtfully decorated with an extensive fresh menu. It’s apparent they truly care. This will be a must for us anytime we are in the area! Support a local family owned business in a historic location

I was hopeful coming to this restaurant as they claimed to offer food made fresh and from scratch. When we got there, half the menu was unavailable, the girl on the desk was spending more time on her phone than serving and clearing dirty dishes from yet expected a tip and the food was frankly processed and pretty disgusting. The restaurant is dirty with food all over the floor and seating filthy. If this is how the restaurant eating areas are kept then I dread to think how the kitchen is.
The chicken in my salad was processed and not freshly cooked per my order, my coleslaw tasted ‘turned’ and was like a soup. The bread was also not fresh for the toasty and it all has that cheap, processed food vibe. Lots of canned goods in the kitchen prep area (that’s not ‘fresh’ either). Also slimey, off white mozzarella slices which isn’t right (this is said with credibility as I spend a lot of time in Italy so I know my mozzarella!).
We couldn’t eat half of it, it was that bad and are really disappointed and praying we don’t spend all night bringing back up what we did attempt to eat. Not at all as advertised and sad that the chefs can’t make food from fresh (even I can chop the ingredients to make an awesome coleslaw at home, cheaper and better for you than the processed rubbish they served). C’mon guys, where’s the pride in your food gone? This was well below average and you guys have clearly lost the love for hospitality!

Im in town for work and asked some locals for a food place for pizza and got pointed towards Brick & Bread. So glad they did! Cute place, awesome atmosphere inside and out (I sat outside, it’s lovely weather today), and got the porkie Pine flat (flatbread pizza). Oh. My. God. So delicious. Get it! Get it! Get it! I don’t pass thru often but I may have to change some travel routes in the future to come back, it’s worth it!

The food here is truly the best I have tasted in years. The Corn Chowder, Tomato salad, Turkey Melt, Deviled eggs, and the iced tea were all amazing. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. If you are in the area and don’t stop here you are truly misding out

The outdoor patio was amazing, When we entered there was a bit of a line. They were out of chicken and many of the sides. That was a bit disappointing. I had a panini with turkey. It was tasty but only have my sandwich was toasted. The turkey was your typical presliced turkey meat. Friends had the flatbread and that looked yummy.
They have a cute store attached with homemde pottery and other cute treasures from decor to candles you can find a unique gift.
The restaurant could benefit from selling their bread snd sides in a display type case.
Definitely will be back.

Ali was phenomenal. Our family really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We highly recommend the pimento cheese sandwich and tropical salad! Their cream soda is also phenomenal!

Our dinner at Brick & Bread was exactly what we needed tonight! After traveling for the past 7 days, we haven’t gotten a lot of fresh food and I was feeling it. The salad was delicious and hit the spot. We enjoyed the pita veggie app, Caesar salad wrap, kid’s grilled cheese & cheese flatbread, as well as a cucumber salad side. Unlike many places, portions were just right so I’d order an entree per person and child. Super cute decor and outdoor area which is a plus when the weather is nice!

Amazing place to eat! Food was all fresh and delicious, the restaurant was well decorated and the outside seating was pretty cool considering it’s about °90 out. It’s the counter “buzzer” style ordering. Great stop!

Visiting from out of town. This place was pretty good! I loved the pimento turkey sandwich and loved that they added the spiciness of jalapenos to it. The bread was a bit too toasted for me, but a good sized sandwich. We also got the 3 little pigs and it was great with good flavor, but it could’ve used a bit more bbq sauce. It is disappointing that they don’t offer a side with the sandwiches for the price paid. The margherita flatbread was ok, just less basil than I was expecting. Overall pretty good!

We decided to stop by for a light lunch on our way back to Norman. Brick and Bread did NOT disappoint! The decor, atmosphere, and workers were all stellar! I had The Rachel (minus sauerkraut), pasta salad, and a 1/2 and 1/2 tea. The Rachel is made with toasted marble rye, big eye Swiss, turkey, and thousand island. The pasta salad has sweet cherry tomatoes, red pepper, shaved parm, and a white balsamic vinaigrette. It made for a perfect lunch! There is a store attached in which we spent a lot of time and money! Many placed around the area have the same stuff, not well made. This was not that! It had locally made pottery. Beautiful art and gorgeous river stone pieces that are actual river stone! I will definitely visit there again!
