Social Profile:

Brian’s Giant Subs is a family-owned and operated, Jersey-style sandwich shop located in Dublin, GA. The business was founded and opened as a start-up on April 25, 1989 by Brian and Mindy Keith when they relocated to Dublin, GA from New Jersey. Brian’s operated under a small franchise for a couple of years, before branching off and building his own successful local brand more commonly known as, Brian’s Subs. Brian’s specializes in fresh-sliced meats and cheeses per order, daily fresh-baked bread, and fresh condiments. While serving quality food is a must, the customer experience is a large part of what makes Brian’s such a successful business! Brad and Robyn Meeks are the proud new owners as of July 2018 and will continue the legacy!

You. Must. Eat. Here!! We are from Chicago visiting friends in Adrian. Came through Dublin & decided to try lunch where the parking lot was jammed with locals. Unbelievable! I’ve been to many sub shops – none where the ninja is slicing the meat *a sandwich at a time* WHILE taking the orders. This is next level right there. We had the Brian Special sub (highly recommend! Delicious!) and the Hot Pastrami. (Also yummy, but the Brian’s is a definite must.). The amount of meat is very very generous, of course super fresh, toppings plentiful & nice selection.

Stopped here on the way to Amelia Island, FL to get a sandwich for lunch – well worth the 2.5 miles off the highway drive!! One of the best subs we’ve ever had-bread was perfectly soft and not overbearing, meat and cheese sliced to order and super thin. Definitely a must every time we road trip on 16 going forward!

We had an issue with an order, and the owner was quick to make it right. Love the freshness of the food, the old school diner/cafeteria feel to the place and the polite, helpful, friendly temperament of the staff. Its hard to be nice when you’re as busy as these guys were, but they got it right.

Your basic sub shop but excellent sandwiches and really pleasant staff. Biggest downside is it’s packed at lunch time and the easily can be long.

Meh…. It’s just a sandwich. Nothing special and if you’re looking for veggie subs don’t go. I could have made the same thing at home with a more flavor. When looking at the reviews it said vegan friendly. My coworker was happy to go but upset after seeing you only get lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, and banana peppers.

This is one of my favorite places to eat lunch in Dublin. The local vibe, the sports pictures plaster over the walls, and the friendly staff that make your sub super fast. You’ll usually run into someone you recognize. I have moved out of the area but will come back to Brian’s when I visit.

I have ate here since I was 10 years old. Best subs I have ever had in my life. If you want fresh bread, fresh cut meat and cheese, this is the place to go!!!

The bread is always fresh. The people are very nice. They remember you and can fix your sub before you tell them. This has been my favorite sub place since college and I was sad to hear Mr. Brian has retired, his was always a smiling face that made your day. I’m glad to see the tradition continue.

Service was fast & friendly. Line was long when I came in but moved pretty fast. Can’t believe I’ve lived in Dublin for four years now and have never tried this place. I’m glad I did. Bread is soft. Ingredients are fresh and just an all around fantastic sandwich. Way better than subway that’s for sure. My son ate his sub before we made it back home so this place is definitely kid approved

I have stopped here twice on the way back from Savannah to Atlanta on a friend’s recommendation. Amazing! The subs are delicious and the staff is super friendly. I can’t wait to try many more of their subs on future trips. The bread is super soft and they cut the meats and cheeses to order. They have a great assembly line to prep your sandwich quickly. The bottleneck is at the cash register where it is cash or local check only. So make sure you have some cash. Other than not accepting cards I think this place is fantastic! I’ll gladly take the time to go off the exit on I-16 and make a visit rather than stop at a fast food joint.
