Brian’s BrunchATorium, a recently opened weekend brunch spot inside a casual taproom in Fairfax City, offers excellent coffee and hearty brunch options, including breakfast sandwiches, burgers, omelettes, waffles, and breakfast platters. Portions are generous, food is freshly prepared and tastes excellent, service is friendly and quick, and prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is lively and spacious.

The brunch items we tried were very good, and we recommend the following:
– Their burger of the week, BBQ Bacon Swiss, is hearty and flavorful, made fresh on a brioche bun, served with fries or chips. The thick meat patty received a thumbs-up.
– The Philadelphia cheesesteak is arguably the best Pennsylvania hoagie in the DMV, and perhaps better than one I had in Philadelphia. It’s loaded with tender steak, onions, green peppers, and melted provolone on a warm toasted hoagie roll.
– Amish Friendship Waffles with strawberries are Belgian-style, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Not overly sweet, with a perfect waffle texture.
– Their lattes are excellent—full-bodied coffee with minimal acidity. The Salted Snowbank Caramel Latte is especially good, offering a satisfying caffeinated experience with a sweet salted caramel flavor.

Newly opened for brunch on the weekends- and the perfect venue for a delicious meal. Their menu offers a huge variety of options from waffles to traditional breakfast platters and sandwiches. They even have plenty of lunch options if breakfast in your thing. Belgian-style Amish waffle was light and fluffy and topped with delicious strawberries and whipped cream. My latte was perfect-
Flavor was spot-on and satisfying. We will be back with friends. No wait and great service.
